Our family had a wonderful experience together at this property. We were very pleased with the property and amenities. Mark tried hard to get in touch with us, he was in Europe, we were able to communicate long distance - it was a challenge at the beginning but made it work. One suggestion: My husband and I brought clothes on hangers and there was no place to hang them in the downstairs master bedroom.

Perfect location to be close to private beach. Lots of room and very accommodating owner. It was great and we would definitely rent again.

The cabin accommodated our family really well! The deck was used a lot….beautiful view and very relaxing! We especially enjoyed access to Ideal Beach, thank you! Our only complaint was finding a few dirty dishes and pans, which most likely came from previous renters..

We had a good time staying at this cabin. The deck has a breathtaking view of Bear Lake. Game room is awesome. Spent many hours playing pool.

House was great! Worked great for our family of 10 adults and 4 kids! Close to the Summit Pass for snowmobiling and the hot tub at the rec center was huge! Loved that the host had so many appliances available and would definitely love to come again in the summer!!

Excellent home with plenty of room. Large gathering areas, well-stocked kitchen. Large patio with wonderful view, fireplace and propane grill. Nothing I'd change about the place. Host was easy to work with and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

House was great. We had a bed for everyone. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. Access to Ideal beach was great. The beach during the walk to it didn’t seem great but once we settled it was perfect. Overall it was a great experience…

Everybody loved this stay. So comfortable with lots of space indoors and out. Stocked with the basics and the extra comforts of reclining seating. Great host.

Mark’s home was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and clean. The amenities were a great addition. We would be happy to stay there again. Mark was a great host and very prompt in providing information and answering questions.

Access to the beach and pool was the kids’favorite! The adults spent the evening relaxing on the deck reminiscing and enjoy the fire!

From the second we booked the house Mark(the owner) was so helpful with everything we wanted to do while we were there. The house was perfect, had everything we would ever need, and was in an incredible location close to everything. The deer were right outside of our windows at least once a day!! The views of the lake were amazing and we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie because the town was so cute. We will definitely be back next year. A hidden gem for sure!!!!

The place was perfect for a weekend get away. They owners were sweet and I was able to contact them with any questions at all. The kitchen was fully stock with supplies.

This home had everything I want in a rental; space for everyone, comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, clean everything, a well supplied kitchen, and an owner who is nice to interact with. We loved the property and the location. Four families went together, and several decided they would like to rent this home again for trips with extended family. It was all we could ask for. And communication with the owner was great. We were given clear instructions for everything and felt welcome. One of the systems of the home had a problem while we were there, and Mark was very responsive and had someone there to figure it out and fix the problem right away. Totally recommend!

This property couldn’t have been designed better for the 14 adults we had converging for a getaway. We all loved being able to be together in a beautiful space with wonderful amenities and a spectacular view. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck with the propane fire pit with everyone hunkered down under blankets. Mark was super responsive and helpful with all our questions about the house. Off season is our favorite time to visit Bear Lake and we will definitely be booking this property again!

Mark’s place exceeded our every expectation. It was even bigger in person and had so much room to spread out in. We thoroughly enjoyed grilling on the wrap around deck with a view, gathering around the gas fire pit at night while watching the sunset over the lake, playing with our kids downstairs at the pool table and hanging out upstairs in the comfortable power recliners. Mark was attentive, helpful and pleasant and the cabin is the best we’ve stayed in at Bear Lake. We’ll be rebooking again soon!

Such a beautiful setting with amazing views! Loved the floor plan! So open and spacious! Mark was an exceptional host and made the check in and check out process a breeze. We saw wild turkeys and deer every day! Definitely will come here again!

Overall, this was a great stay. It was more than enough space to accommodate my large family, and all the games and activities the property offers kept everyone busy the entire time we were there. We will absolutely stay here again!

This home has so much to offer! We had 9 adults and 12 kids, 14 years to 11 months, and everyone loved it. Everything we wanted and needed was in the kitchen, and two large family rooms allowed for separate kids space and adult tv viewing/space! Kids loved the pool table and games! Bedrooms are great. There was Plenty of extra bath towels and blankets! The large deck area was an extension of our top floor, we watched the sunrise and sunset everyday! We watched as the deer wandered through the meadow area nightly. Great view of the golf course too! The bbq was big/great and we loved cooking marshmallows on the gas fire pit. Nice and comfy patio furniture was a bonus. The pass/access to Ideal beach is just 5 minutes away and makes for a perfect/convenient day on the beach. Loved working with Mark, the property owner. He called before and after our stay to ensure everything was great! The small grocery store in garden city had everything we needed and don’t miss the LaBeaus raspberry shakes. You will need to Take your own bar soap and shampoo! We will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful view of the lake and the owner has gone out of his way to stock the cabin with everything that might me needed for you stay. He was very attentive on a couple of minor issues and very easy to work with. My family loved the cabin. Great amenities. Bunk beds were fun for the kids. Comfortable sofa recliners. Passes for the Ideal Beach Resort allowed a fun day at the lake. We would love to come back for another reunion!
