location and price

Good location.

We booked family room for 3 persons.The room looks like a old garage.Its not comfortable to stay because of the bad smell, lots of mosquitos and poor security.We check inn around 3pm and after 30mins in the room we decides to look for other hotel.Please improve your facilities.

washroom/bathroom is outside and shared with others.

I liked that it is very accessible by public transport and close to a lot of restos.

While I also like that it's full of greenery, there are insects that prevent you from being comfy and relaxed.

This is our second stay at Marius, we stayed back in 2019. Both Marius and Harm are excellent hosts. I was impressed with the food and what I thought was at reasonable prices. I also like the the relaxed and comfortable feeling of the lounge/dining area. The location is ideal a short walk to the Mall and transportation. A great place to stay to visit Tagatay area or to just kick back and relax.

Hard to say, the place hasn't changed since I was here last. Probably a little more sprucing up of the units and the surrounding area. But it would be a shame to change its character.

Overall vibe of the place. Peacefully surrounded by nature. Accomodating staff. Very cheap as well.

The ambiance of the place sets a very relaxing mood for your stay. The property was also walking distance from the city center so it was very convenient for us. The rooms were equipped with good air conditioning and cable tv and honestly, it's great value for your money if you're looking for a relaxing place to crash. The common area is well decorated and a great place to hang out. There were also ample parking spaces.

Not that we didn't like it but we told the staff tht we were ordering bahn mi but we just got eggs and toast. It was okay since we also have food of our own so we didn't mind. The bathroom of our room also had a swinging saloon type of doors so if you had to do ur business, there's a slight chance your room mates might get a whiff of it. We easily dodged that by using the room spray that we have on hand.

Love how quaint the place is. Relaxing and very accessible. Although we weren't able to try all their food, we enjoyed those we had. Very tasty 👍 Also the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. An amazing 3-night stay for me and my husband ❤️

Just a few areas for improvement. For the room bathroom exhaust/ventilation. Other than that, everything's cool 💟

We liked the the surrounding.

No tv! There was a boy roaming around and he makes sounds; he does bothers us. We didn’t like the bathroom. We didn’t stay; we checked out at around 8pm.

The vibe is fantastic! It feels really cozy! The owner, as well as the staff, are all very cordial. Absolutely, we'll return!

A wonderful place!! Gorgeous room and a beautiful common/eating area. All clean and excellent facilities. Has a really calm and relaxing atmosphere and all staff are so friendly and accommodating, will help you with anything you need! LGBTQ friendly. Loved it, thank you!

Superb hospitality! Nice breakfast and brewed coffee! We are a family of 9 plus 2 kids. We had 5 rooms. 3 bedrooms with bath and 2 with shared ones and it is really clean. Location is very accessible. It's near the highway. We had a peaceful Christmas eve there! Thank you so much, Sir Marius & staff.

Nothing. Some reviews mentioned about mosquitoes. But during our stay, we didn't even had to use our repellant lotion or patches. Considering we had 2 toddlers, no bites at all. Probably it depends on the season.

The place is cozy and spacious.

I like the ambiance of their cafe. It's relaxing. There are cute bunnies roaming around their property. The people are hospitable.
