Have had the breakfast on a previous stay and rate it as very good. For me - it is all about the staff at this hotel. It is my second stay and I am going back shortly - they help make things easier (storing luggage, making sure I know where I am headed, arranging taxis & tours, etc.) The fridge and microwave in each room I have seen makes longer stays a bit easier, have seen one with a full kitchen: no food smells!!!!

The facilities can seem a wee bit dated though the rooms are quite spacious, and the four I have seen all have lovely, large bathrooms. Not right in the center of urban and cultural activities, however I enjoy this uncomplicated environment with good dining and shopping options nearby.

The hotel staff are all nice which makes our stay comfortable. We also appreciate the security guards who are always courteous, they always check if we have not left any valuables on the cab/grab car we ride to. Special thanks to Ms Crystal who made our anniversary special by giving us a delicious cake.

The internet has no password which can affect the security of any device connected to it. The window curtains in the living room should have been a blackout curtain but other than that everything was perfect.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 3 days before coming to Discovery Suites… and to be honest, Discovery Suites felt more premium and better value for money than Crowne Plaza Galleria nearby. Staff were very welcoming and helpful! Bed, blanket and pillows were suppperrrr comfy. I had some of the best sleep ever. Room was spacious and felt relaxing everytime you come back after roaming around for the day. Location is perfect. Walk across the street to visit The Podium, walk a bit farther and its already SM Megamall or Robinsons Galleria for all of your shopping needs. Hungry late at night or early morning? Walk around the area like Emerald Ave for 24hr Dunkin Donuts, Army Navy, Yellow Cab Pizza or Mcdonalds. Its Perfectly Safe to walk even at 12am coz there are so many security guards around from the surrounding bldgs and also alot of nightshift call center agents so you dont feel scared. My kids loved the pool and there was also a heated jacuzzi.

Guess its the bldg age but the shower area gets pretty flooded so we had to turn the shower off and wait for the water to drain and only then turn the shower on again. Also, all of the power inputs were PH standard so u need a PH adaptor to use your 3 pin international adaptor for charging devices

Defective bidet. The room layout is a bit small compared to the same one bedroom suite at the 14th floor.

The staff, including security, were always amazingly helpful and genuine. The size and layout of the suite. Well situated, very close proximity to shops and restaurants.

The dated furniture, cold showers, small shower and must smell in the main bedroom.

Large spacious rooms, 3 bedrooms (perfect for my family of 5) close proximity to Shopping Malls.

Furnitures needs updating, very dated. Swimming pool needs upsizing to accommodate larger number of guests.

I had a superb experience from check in with Annie up to check out with Charles. All of the staff were really courteous and pleasant, security guards, engineering, housekeepers, etc. They are so helpful in so many ways. I wish I had written all their names. I was welcomed with a banner and sweet treats in the room, that I felt so special. The one bedroom suite is spacious, bigger than most condos. Bed and pillows are comfy. And the kitchen is a great plus! I also like that they have washers and dryers on some floors for guests to use for free. Location is awesome! Just cross the street, and you’ll be at the Podium where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet at the 5th floor has good selection of dishes too! Im looking forward to coming back.

The ac in our room was leaking but it was fixed immediately. Not a big deal.

The location is good, the malls are within the walk-in distance and staffs were very welcoming.

Housekeeping only clean the room thrice a week which is day 1, 3 & 5 and my trip was Saturday and Sunday. Had to use the same towel for 2 days, I had to buy face towel and a few more amenities.

there was no wifi the entire time and the reason why we went there was to watch an online concert. No solution at least was offered. we would’ve appreciated if they offered an alternative wifi like let us use a temporary one for an hour. it’s quite impossible for their entire hotel not to have wifi.

The room was not available on time. Despite that the room was nice and big however got allergies due to bed bugs crawling.
