Very nice staff and comfortable room. We had a free room upgrade and a welcome drink. Really appreciated! The parking is a big plus.

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel and there was no hot water for shower . First time it took them 8 hours and second time 30 minutes to make hot water
They couldn’t understand that lack of hot water is major issue. A hotel offers a nice bed and a nice hot shower to relax. After traveling for 8 hours and going in the shower and have freezing water was not the best thing when you travel with the family. The hotel manager offered (for waiting 8 hours for hot water)a discount of 10euros while the cost per night was 180. I explained to him that he is funny. When this happened to me in Switzerland the hotel didn’t charge the night at all.

The hotel is new, well furnished, with a nice conservatory with a glass floor overlooking the archaeological site.
The rooms are comfortable, high and well furnished. The bed and pillows are very similar.
The rooms have very attractive and compact balconies.
The hotel has a good location. It is close to main attractions in the city, within walking distance.
The hotel has a convenient above-ground parking lot.

Hotel is very clean, newly decorated. Carpark is a big plus for this hotel where most of the hotels dont have own carpark, they direct you to commercial parking lots. Staff is friendly, especially Iannis. Ancient relics inside the hotel is amazing to see. They have glass ground inside hotel cafe and you can see ancient relics via that glass ground.
It's not at the heart of city but reasonable walking distance to the city centrum. I think it will not satisfy your expectations from a 5 star hotel. For me its not totally a 5 stars hotel. It is just like an ordinary 3-4 star hotel. If you are disabled person with chair or if you have a baby stroller you enter the hotel from back street via carpark (where is all gravel). They have 3-4 stairs in main entrance on main street.

The service at the hotel was very helpful and professional. The room was very nice and comfortable, newly furnished, very clean and with a nice view. The location was perfect and at a walking distance from the center, also a big plus is the private parking. We were allowed to leave the car extra couple of hours after checkout.

It was the best Greek hotel experience I have ever had ! Great location, very professional and polite staff,comfy beds,balcony,welcoming drinks, delicious breakfast.
I have liked everthing,so it a 5 stars out of 5 stars .
