The contact from the owner was really good and informative and couldn't fauly any communication, excellent. Decor lovely, facilities fabulous.

Location was perfect as I was attending a conference at Essex Hall, Kidlington
Though overall it looked clean, the bed side lights were quite dusty and had cobwebs. This made me look more closely and in fact the cleanliness was fairly superficial.
The ironing board was loose behind the bathroom door, so when I opened the door at around midnight the metal ironing board crashed to the floor, probably waking anyone else in the house.
Finally your emails are are confusing. each starts with “In a few days we will contact you ….. “ . It is only when you scroll down that you see that new information has been added, such as key safe code, smart lock info and WiFi.

Oxford Studios suited us perfectly - it was an overnight stop as we attended a big family event in nearby Islip.
We were kindly allowed to drop our bags early, which was a real help.
The emails around our request were helpful and friendly.
In the downstairs studio, in chilly December, we couldn't see if the bathroom towel rail could be switched on anywhere. (A minor quibble as the other two wall heaters work incredibly swiftly and effectively.)
After, having booked two separate studios in the house, the amount of emails that came through on the official link were perhaps too impressive - as in, there were so many of them!

We had a really pleasant stay here in September. The room was great and the host was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic.

Everything. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the bed linen and pillows soft and fluffy, the heating was on and adjustable, the wifi was strong and free, the parking was spacious, the kitchenette was fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery etc. I highly highly recommend! I will definitely stay there again.
One of the kindest things was the morning messages checking in on my comfort, sleep and well wishes for the day ahead.
Two small niggles. There was no iron and ironing board which would have really helped and no tea towels in the kitchen to dry my dishes.

the bathrooms needed attention, not clean, mould around the shower, missing grout in tiles, broken toilet, stain on duvet, carpets were frayed on the stairs and stained in the twin room
the rooms were very noisy. could hear every word from occupants in the room beneath mine. kitchen un inviting with the notices. un attractive aspect at the back of the property. building site tip

Great location, close to Oxford but in a quiet residential street. Really comfortable bed and well kitted out kitchenette. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom and shower well presented. Excellent value for money overall.
If I had to gripe the introductory emails were a bit confusing so that I had to phone the owner for the key safe code. When I went through all the emails it was there but buried in the blurb.
Also parking, there is ample room for 3 cars but as there are no markings by the time I got there one car had parked at an angle which meant only 2 could use the space.

I stayed in two different suites, one with kitchen one without. Beds were clean and comfortable, everything worked. Bathrooms had all mod cons. In suite without bedroom, lighting was good, shared kitchen was clean and had enough dishes.
In suite with kitchen, there was no bedside lighting, only a very bright overhead light with a switch that couldn't be reached from the bed. Also, the plugs had no USB ports (which they did in the other suite). I assumed it's because the place is very new. Seems they are still working on it.

Location was a bit of a shock at first as it was in the centre of a housing estate, looked a bit dodgy but was OK. The entrance to the drive was high and caught the bottom of the car, would have been useful to be warned of.
No breakfast which we thought was Included.

Location is ok bus stop nearby for Oxford 20 minutes walk into Kidlington which has some good pubs and restaurants
Very cramped
Bed 2 small and up against a wall. My feet kept hitting the wardrobe at the bottom of the bed and so kept waking me up as well as either kneeing or headbutting the wall.
Very noisy disturbed every night buy people in other rooms because of little sound proofing woken early every morning because rooms are let out to workman working in the local area. We booked for 3 nights but didn't stay for the last night deciding it would be better going home and getting a good sleep.

Really clean and nicely decorated. Delighted to have a fridge in our room! A big fan was useful too and bed was very comfy. We slept well.
