A superb beach front apartment! It is probably one of the best apartments you can stay within the San Juan beach area with fantastic views. You can chill out on the balcony/terrace, enjoy the gentle sea breeze or have your meals or drinks out there in the evenings. It's very clean, spacious, modern, bright and is fully equipped with all the facilities you need including WiFi and AC. Restaurants, a supermarket, and other shops are all nearby. Tram and bus stops are close by, if you fancy traveling in Alicante or other places. Our host Beatriz was very accommodating, friendly and made our stay perfect! We had an amazing family holiday! I highly recommend this place to anyone and would return to stay here again.

Perfect location and splandid view

Our host was very accommodating! The attention to detail was perfect, we had everything we needed and the stay was just perfect!

The apartment is spacious ; very well furnished in a good taste. The almost all-round view is breathtaking. Wifi and heating good

For hygienic reasons I didn’t find it suitable for a long stay. I knew there is no weekly cleaning service but expected to have enough basics for cleaning which wasn’t the case. The bathroom I did with fluid dishwasher, in the kitchen no towels but only two sponge clothes. We stayed 15 nights. There was no change of bedsheets…of course I could have asked and then pay for it but given the high daily rate this should have been included. The smart tv didn’t work properly ; five times people came to see/fix it. Overnight the receiver connection broke off all the time. I found out that WhatsApp messages were translated automatically; by this the meaning of words and sentences got lost which caused huge misunderstandings

The locations, the view and the apartment was very confortable for a two weeks vacation. The owner was kind and tried hard to make the stay pleasant.

Basically nothing, everything was OK!

we have spent a week in this beautiful apartment. It has 2 big bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 singles. There are two more 1 bed bedrooms. Everything is new, stylish decorated and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room you have a spectacular view over the sea. So we felt blessed while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the cool sea breez and listening to the waves reaching the beach. Our host Beatriz is a delight. She is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Right on the boulevard you will find several restaurants. We really enjoyed the tapa's at Niza. And a must is enjoying the Paella at Azul playa, they are famous for it. Don't forget to make a reservation. If you walk around the corner and follow the street, you will reach a small shopping mall. In the cellar you will find supermarket Mas y Mas for your daily shopping. We were here in corona time, we felt very safe since everybody wears a mask on the streets and there is a lot of police to make sure everybody follows the rules. We highly recommend this apartment!
