No heating in the room. requested to change the room and pay more to avoid the cold room but no support . technician come to the room and said he will fix the issue of heater but nothing happen. My 3 years old child got sick from sleeping in the cold room overnight. we wear more then 3 clothes to avoid the cold but still the Room was very cold all night. piece of advise don’t trust the hotel staff of you see the room is cold and they said they will fix the heating issue . will keep you waiting for long time and then the will say sorry the room was cold due to technical issue on the heating system and the hotel is full late night you don’t want to

The location of hotel is great, near Marjanishvili metro station and renewed city street. The staff were helpful, the rooms are big and clean. There is a nice view from top of the hotel in a restaurant. We chose this hotel because of its architecture design.

I have booked Superior Double Room and was expected different think than what we got. In reality the bed was right in front of the door and the second room was about nothing. There were just two chairs to sit, but it did not make any sense. Since we planned to stay here for two nights and most of the time walk the city, we did not complain about it. It was just not the room we expected.

One of the top hotels I've been in Tbilisi. Everything exceeded my expectations - staff, room, morning breakfast, etc.
