Big, comfortable, easy access to major road and the staff was welcoming and supportive.

There is a bad toilet smell if you enter the house. There should be plumbing to review the bad smell

The apartment was spacious with a lovely sitting room, I loved that a cot was provided also. The cleaner was very friendly, helpful and polite. The WiFi was great as my husband was able to work remotely from there.

The mattress was extremely firm and we found it uncomfortable to sleep on. For those who enjoy a firm mattress it would be okay but it was much to hard for us. The master bedroom aircon decided when it wanted to be warm/cold. We would go to bed and the room would be hot and when we woke up it would be freezing. I selected this apartment purely because of the swimming pool, unfortunately I hadn’t checked that we weren’t allowed to use it - it would’ve been better had they left it out of the description and pictures entirely. Other residents were using the pool but the staff member said we couldn’t. I love a gas stove however there were no cooking utensils to use (I.e. cooking knife, chopping board and wooden spoons…)

The apartment was in a lovely small compound with secure covered parking, in a nice location close to Marjan mall and lots of restaurants. Our host Mr Ahmed was professional and very helpful, he showed us the way to the mall on our arrival and attended to all our requests in a very pleasant manner (Thank you!)

The apartment is of good size and has a lot of potential; however, sadly the furniture is tired and in dire need of renewal. The bathroom is in poor condition too. Instead of the provided quilts, duvets with duvet covers are more hygienic, a couple of extra pillows will be nice. Bed and pillow protectors should also be used. The beds are not comfortable. WiFi is intermittent and slow

Highly recommended:D Much more than expected, the flat is huge, super clean and confortable. Mr Ahmed was so kind, organized all yours on time and hood price. Free laundry service :O first time ever seen it, goof jooooob :)

Any complain, just better Shampoo and Soaps. And at least some basic kitchen stuff like some oil, sugar and salt

Ahmad was a fabulous host. He looked after us tremendously and went over and above his call of duty. At every point he was there...he topped up my data, got me a local sim, came to our room for every little query we had. I have travelled the world but never had such an exceptional service.

Overall a great place to stay as there were nearby shops for all our needs. The host was outstanding as there was a free shuttle service to and from the airport and very helpful in organising daily transportwhen asked and even sorting a new sim for my phone.

Apartment was nice/spacious but could be cleaner. Cleaning ladies come every day to clean (eventhough it seems like they're not doing much I need to compliment their washing our clothes for free). You have everything you need around the apartment - bars, restaurants, supermarket, other shops. All in all, was a good stay and host was polite and helpful (ordering us taxi whenever needed) - all compliments to him.

Air condition was not working. Fridge was bearly working (has a frozen inner side). We expected it to be much cleaner on our arrival and every day after cleaning ladies work.
