Clean and comfortable , hot shower. welcoming staff and good breakfast. We left early in our last morning and they gave us a takeaway breakfast the night before. Lovely garden, sat and watched a humming bird.

The staff was really nice (even though they don't speak English) Very beautiful place with the mountains in the background. We could check in earlier.

The room was a little dirty (we are still not sure if accommodations in South America change the sheets after each guest) and the wind blew into the room. The communication was a little difficult before arrival (eg we asked for early check-in and they never replied OR we asked for a washing machine which they denied but when we were there we were offered laundry service) The second patio was very untidy

The location is very good and it has free parking available on the premises (although limited amount). Room is nice and clean.

We were instructed that if you wish to have a hot shower, it needs to be taken before 10pm. Also, we had to get up around 4am for our train to Machu Picchu and there was no water at all (hot or cold) - had to wake up the owner to ask to turn it on.

Very friendly and helpful staff that accommodated our requests. For example, giving us heaters for a minimal fee for our rooms as it was colder than expected. Also, set up Covid tests for us 24 hours before returning to USA. Beautiful gardens with flowers and hummingbirds. Great location close to main square, restaurants, shopping and where locals lived. Breakfast of eggs, bread, jam, butter, fruit and avocados. Accessibility was great for a walker and a manual wheelchair throughout property. Exceptional price given all the amenities.

Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Handrails in the shower would be helpful along with an offer of space heaters for rent as needed.

Very nice rooms for a hostel. More like a hotel with good breakfast, very nice, clean room, with optional bathroom for a reasonable price. Garden like surrounding, walled from the hustle and bustle of town. However, it was a few blocks from the center of town, which was barely an inconvenience, even at night. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a bit of a walk from the center of town with the restaurants. However, the restaurants were a little pricey for Peru, although they would have been inexpensive for the US or the EU.
