The owners clearly care so much as every aspect of our stay and accomodation had been really well thought out. Immaculate bedroom, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast.

Very nice. Very clean. Ideal location for the purpose of my visit. Early breakfast was provided which was much appreciated.

We were traveling for a wedding and stopped in Inverness for our anniversary. The Aye Stay was perfect! The hosts are wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It is a beautiful property and felt like we were staying in someone’s fine home. The breakfast was delicious and we never felt rushed. We would stay here again and tell our friends to as well. Wonderful place!

we loved everything about this place! from all the small matching decor to the breakfast. the room was very clean and comfortable. we appreciated shampoo and conditioner and body wash for every person in the room. we wish we stayed longer here!

We loved everything!! This was an amazing BNB! The staff is so warm and friendly. We had two rooms, one was a family room with a twin, queen, twin and my mum had a room with full bed. The beds are comfortable, they decor is so amazing and the soap they provide is so nice! You order your breakfast at night and select a time. It is done by QR code so it is very easy. We walked to town to have dinner and shop. The parking lot is tight but we had a space and that is all that matters. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect place, no complaints.

We loved the Scottish breakfast. The location was a quick and easy walk to the center of town.

The room was a little small for the price, but compared to other options it was still a pretty good value.

Accommodative staff who accepted our breakfast order even though we passed the cut off time. Wonderful breakfast freshly prepared and they make effort to remember each and everyone order. Toiletries provided smells really good.

The water pressure was a bit too small n heater though new was a bit difficult to control the temperature.

Fantastic Hotel with little details which makes the stay different. Fantastic breakfast as also individual wishes are no problem.

Our room, like the rest of the hotel, was immaculate, it was very clean, entertainingly decorated, warm and comfortable. The room was quite small but that really didn't matter and it had all the facilities you would expect. There was also a very cosy 'reading room' we could use. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on transport, places to eat and the area in general. Great place to stay for a short break.

Charmingly decorated with great attention to detail. Friendly and attentive staff who served up a delicious breakfast.

Shower system was a bit temperamental but we understand that it was new so perhaps teething problems.

Very warm modern room and hot water shower. It is hard to find shower with such hot water in the area around. Amazing stay.

Everything was super cosy and clean! Breakfast was amazing too and the girls from housekeeping/serving team were brilliant!
