Perfect location, clean, well kept. Would happily stay here again. The property was a bit expensive, especially with fees, but was otherwise exactly what we were looking for. Small nitpicky things were that the parking spots were small and the pots and pans weren't in the best shape. Reiterate, however, that this property was excellent and we would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The rooms are large and comfortable. Well furnished. The pools, coy ponds and common areas are amazing. I visited with my 6 granddaughters, ages 8 through 12 and we had a hard time getting them to leave the resort to visit other Hawaii attractions. Compared to Disney and other nearby resorts, this resort is peaceful and relaxing. Amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is first class. Security excellent. And the lagoons were perfect for our group. I highly recommend it for anyone vacationing in Hawaii.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. The staff responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. The stay was also provided with two pools, somewhat private beach lagoon, gym, and zen koi fish garden. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. The pools and lagoon were a treat after long mornings/afternoons of adventuring on the island. Our group of 6 opted to stay in Ko Olina over Waikiki and enjoyed the quieter and more spacious atmosphere. Easy to get to all areas of Oahu from here. Don’t miss the sunsets!

Extremely nice condo, grounds and pools/beach access. Nearby restaurants were excellent as well.

Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. Restaurants and a small store just a two minute drive/15 minute walk away. Pool and workout facility was well maintained. The beach cove was awesome for the kids.

We had an amazing time at Ko’Olina Beach Resort. Staff was great. Checking in was a breeze. villa was awesome to stay in especially if you have family or have friends who you would stay with. Has a great view of the ocean where you can watch the sunset. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything. It does have a washer and dryer. Only thing that needed to be fixed or replaced was the dryer (for us it was minor but for some it might be an issue) it would take hours to dry your clothes or towel you used but there are other ways to dry your stuff. Has stuff that you can take with you to the lagoons (Beach toys, cooler, snorkel gear…etc) Overall its still a 5 star villa. Would recommend it.

We rented this unit for a full week, during a birthday trip with friends. We had 7 people here, and we fit comfortably. I think 6-7 (adults) is probably the perfect number for this rental. The unit itself is absolutely amazing. Super spacious, gorgeous views, conveniently located, all the good things. The unit is also well stocked, especially to go to the beach, and to use the kitchen. (I’ve stayed in places before and the kitchen is basically useless cause there’s nothing in it. This one was awesome!) The host and staff were super friendly and extremely responsive - especially once we were on site. I will say I was a little nervous in advance because responses were a bit slow leading up to our stay, but once we got here it was perfect! The only SLIGHT con (barely worth mentioning but good to know) is that the dryer takes FOREVER to dry clothes. Some of the folks in our group tried to minimize packing and do laundry…and it took hours upon hours to dry their clothes. (And the dryer was not overloaded…just slow.) Again, nothing to prevent me from staying here again, but if you think you’ll dry stuff “real quick” it won’t happen. Overall, probably the best rental I’ve ever had, and I travel a lot. Will definitely try to stay here again for my next visit!

Nice place, not too far fro the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Amenities were great.

The property was as described , however, the main room sofa was not comfortable as a sleeping arrangement. The lanai furniture was stained and well worn. Towels in all bathrooms were clean, but stained and need to be replaced. Finally, the dryer never did dry the clothes thoroughly even after contacting Denice. Denice was a bright spot. She would reply to all questions quickly and help to resolve any issues. Angel showed up later than expected. Finding our parking space and unit on our own was frustrating. Complex itself was beautiful and well maintained.

The villa was perfectly located! We stayed at one that had three bedrooms and worked great for the eight of us. The villas has its own beach cove which was so easy to get to and much less crowded than Aulani’s or the Marriott’s. The grounds were beautiful to walk through, and the pools were amazing! We would definitely come back to this place!

We travel to Ko Olina every year and usually stay at the Marriott, we tired something different this year and couldn’t have been happier.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It provided all the space we needed in an excellent location. Having previously lived on Oahu I was familiar with area prior to booking. Ko Olina is a great place to vacation away from the crowds of Waikiki (which is a pretty short drive if you want to go there). Denise was always extremely communicative and everyone at check in was friendly and accommodating. Our unit wasn't quite ready when we arrived (which we arrived early), but the front desk happily loaded up all our groceries and stored them in their walk in refrigerator for us while we waited at the bar with a drink :) We would absolutely rent from Denise again!

Great space and location, the resort was comfortable and the contact with Denice and her team was easy and responsive. We really loved having this condo with kitchen and great amenities in an area with other hotel resorts.

The villa was perfect in every way. All of the facilities lived up to our expectations. We all loved every moment!

This property is great for families. Beautiful pools, or a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff are excellent.

The place was amazing from start to finish. Communication on check on was so nice! Denice really cares about her renters and makes sure it’s all good!! We were able to stay late on the checkout day so could go right to the airport. All you need is there!! From beach chairs to kitchen supplies. Definitely a top notch place. Location is perfect. And relaxing!! Loved it! Hope to go back!

We enjoyed every moment. From the sunrise to the sunset. Although the dryer wasn’t working, it had all the amenities we needed. Loved the gym, pool and private access to the beach. Excellent for a family! We are already organising our next stay. Cheers, from all the way to Australia!

We came Kapolei from Waikiki and enjoyed getting away from hustle-bustle of Honolulu. Unit was as promised in description and reviews. Comfortable for 3 generations (grandparents, 2 couples and 2 grandchildren) - clean, upscale appliances, comfortable beds. Loved the lanai which could be completely opened to living area. Found some good eating spots & cute shops at small market area within walking distance. Walking distance to Marriott, Disney at Aulani, etc. Parking spaces were tight and one was at a distance as noted in other reviews but we had no problem

There was 5 of us who stayed here. It was so nice to all have our own private bathroom. The beds were all comfortable. The condo was spacious that we didn't feel like we were cramped. The condo is really quiet. Rarely hear anyone even at Christmas time when we were there. The mgr took care of the issues quickly. The appliances are all upgraded and worked well. The washer/dryer got fixed promptly. I did forget to tell her that the vacuum doesn't work but there is very little carpet. We appreciated that there was beach towel and beach equipment there. I honestly loved this condo and the vacation. PS the parking spot it little. Unless you are skilled at parking don't rent a full size suv or you likely won't be able to fit in it. We were ok but it is really a small space however it is free parking which is nice. Mahalo!

Awesome View and Location Easiest VRBO I have ever rented. Communication was great. Location was great. Fully stocked unit, it had everything I expected and then some. Resort staff very friendly. The views were amazing.

This condo has a beautiful location! We could see the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset from the beach. Spectacular ocean views and beaches. Very comfortable and well equipped place. Walking distance from the beach and stores, restaurants. We had a wonderful time here!

Everything was clean with good view beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have was parking. I had an Expedition and although there were many parking places I was forced to be in one of three spaces and none were acceptable

This condo was exactly as advertised. We were two families with 2 toddlers and 2 babies - perfect size for everyone; the beach and pools are great for young children. The condo was clean and comfortable. We look forward to coming back another time!

The Condo was great! The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. The beach area is beautiful and quite. There is also a bar on property if you wanted to grab a drink and not go back to the condo. The sunrise is amazing and the balcony is a perfect place to gather. The beds are nice and so was everyone who works there. I really enjoyed my 40th birthday. thank you for such a great place to stay!
