But with 7 adults and 2 dogs ( 1 German Shepherd and 1 Lab Mix ) we needed something a little bigger and accommodating for everyone even the fur babies. I was hoping the relaxation n crescent beach house was exactly as stated in the description. You spend a lot of money and time planning your trip you want it to be perfect. THIS WAS PERFECT!! It was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SPACIOUS IT WAS HOME AWAY FROM HOME. With a walk to the beach, a golf car ride away from shops, food, mini golf it was great. And for me sitting pool side with the fur-babies and family was all I needed. DEFINITELY LOOKING TO MAKE THIS A YEARLY TRIP!!

It appears the owner has allowed it to fall into disrepair. The siding was falling down. The umbrella was broken. There was a small sink hole off the one side of the pool deck. The glass cooktop on the stove was broken which is an electrical risk. There were roaches in the upstairs bathroom. Lighting was dim. However, the location was great and Owner Direct was very responsive and professional. We will rent from Owner Direct again. Probably won't rent this property again.

Nice, clean property that technically has all the amenities. Loved how close it was to N Myrtle Beach (much nicer than Myrtle Beach). Great location, quiet neighborhood and safe. House itself was a little small, but no complaints, really. Con was there weren’t all the extras one typically expects from a rental, such as foil, spices and other cooking items typically left from other renters. Would definitely rent again!

This house is relaxing and cozy. The set up was very efficient for all the guest. The pool was great for lazy days and night fun! Definitely will be back again!

First time an the family and I enjoyed it

I paid to heat the pool for a couple days and it never went up more than 4-5 degrees, so hardly warm enough on a 60-70 degree week.

The management company poached my inquiry from VRBO and said it would save on fees and after inquiring about all costs, basically stole my $300 deposit claiming that I never told them about a pet. That is just dishonest in my opinion.

They claimed that you get a big discount card with the house but every single discount was also available online (and golf was actually cheaper).

Al-in-all its a nice place but not worth the ridiculous extra fees (almost 80% of rental cost).

The pool heater didn't work very well so I wouldn't pay the extra $ until it gets fixed. The living room was limited space if it was an "indoor day" it would been very crowded. The grill is charcoal and the charcoal wasn't furnished. Now for the good stuff. We were a block from the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. The place was clean and easy to keep clean. There was plenty of out door space/seating. Shops and grocery stores near by. We had a great time and look forward to renting again next year!
