We are long time owners of a Tamarron townhouse. We rented this as a second unit for a family reunion. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Been remodeled to provide a great kitchen and living space. Bedrooms offer more privacy. Woke up to the sunrise on the back deck. Then retreated to the front porch when the sun got too hot.
We enjoyed the wildlife. Watched a bear run across the golf course. Saw a deer with her 2 spotted tiny babies. And wild turkeys everywhere.
Visited the area—Mesa Verde, the Hot Springs, Silverton, area hikes. Even had one family member golf the course. He had so much fun he golfed it a second time.

We loved staying at this condo. We have stayed at other 3 and 4-bedroom condos in Tamarron and this was by far the best layout for us. We love that you're close to tennis/pickleball/golf/pools but it still feels quiet at the condo, not to mention the great views from the deck. We would definitely return to this condo.

My family and I rented this home in the beautiful mountains. The home is nicely decorated and extremely clean. The property manager made things simple and easy. I’d stay there again and we plan to in the future. Thanks for a great trip!

We loved this property! The view is amazing and the condo was very nice. Well furnished and very clean. The owners were very personable and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here anytime you are in the area.

We stayed here with 3 generations of our family and enjoyed 3 great days at Purgatory. The location was ideal for getting to the resort and for going into Durango for shopping. The condo is beautiful and spacious, and the bedrooms are very private and pretty soundproof, so the people who wanted to stay up late or wake up early didn't bother anyone else. The amenities at the lodge were lovely (kids loved the pools and hot tub - there are adults-only hours in the evenings as well). Tamarron stopped offering the shuttle to Purgatory about a month before we arrived, but with the close proximity, we didn't really miss it. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely time!

The condo was lovely, roomy, clean, and kitchen well supplied. The location was convenient to the ski slopes and to downtown. We enjoyed the facility's pool and hot tub after skiing. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and easy to work with. We had a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect. Beds are a little firm, but living area was super accommodating and perfect for our family ski trip. We cooked breakfast every morning and appreciated all the cooking tools to do so, appliances were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay!

This was the ideal place for us to stay as a family of six with kids ranging from 7 years old to 7 months old. We brought my mother-in-law as well and she stayed in the bedroom downstairs with the rest of us upstairs. It was particularly nice to have a front door on both levels. We really enjoyed the view out over the golf course towards the ridge, and saw lots of wildlife! We would stay here again 100%.

I was super impressed of the scenic landscape all around the property. The neighbors were friendly and we really enjoyed the condo. It was a good price for all that they had to offer. I will be going back sometime soon.

This was our 7th family Christmas vacation to Durango and we all agree it was definitely one of our favorite places! We all want to come back❤️

We visited in December 2023 with some friends so we could go on the polar express. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-9). The place has a perfect location and check in was easy. Inside space was plentiful and everyone had their own comfortable space. The kids enjoyed the sleds and swimming outdoors! Restaurants on site were not only convenient but had great food and service. We would love to come back in summer and/or again in the winter for a ski trip!

This was great place to stay for exploring around the Durango/San Juan area. The place is very well thought out. We booked the place in early fall, but could see it being a great location to visit in the hotter months as well. In addition, the views are nice.

This is a GORGEOUS place to vacation. The balcony overlooks a golf course with a mountain backdrop. Beautiful! There are four spacious rooms with big comfy beds. All of the amenities were fresh and lovely. The owners made settling in and exiting very easy. The neighbors were very friendly offering a local perspective on places to eat and things to do. The only rough part was when the resort registration desk highlighted the wrong address on the directions. Luckily, the property owner was kind and able to direct us to the correct address.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is very well-equipped & very comfortable in quiet, beautiful surroundings. The beds were comfortable with nice bathrooms. The view was beautiful! I would stay here again.

My wife’s siblings and myself spent 3 nights at this condo. We are all in our 70’s even 2 in their 80’s but navigated the condo very well. Nice bathrooms big bedrooms comfortable beds. Everything worked well except a shower drain upstairs was plugged but we got some work men who responded quickly to come and fix it. They did. We liked that!! The view out the back was sensational of the golf course and the mountains. Lovely place. We would come again if we can all live a little longer!! 😃

Overall we loved the condo! The only thing that we felt was a negative were the beds. They were like sleeping on concrete. There were 10 of us and we all share that opinion. Other than the beds the condo was great and the view was beautiful!

This place was perfect for our big group. We had plenty of space and beds. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed including kitchen items, plenty of towels, toilet paper, and amazing views. The pools and hot tub were used multiple times a day. All activities were just a short distance away. We enjoyed Mesa Verde National Park, white water rafting, and the Durango to Silverton Train. If you’re on the edge about where to stay…..choose this condo! It will not disappoint.

The place was perfect for our family! Each of family members had their our own rooms and bathrooms, so we had plenty of privacy when needed. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas were a great size for us all to play games and enjoy each other's company. Beautiful views and sitting area on the balcony for relaxing.

Great property, quiet and relaxing. We spent so much time on the deck, we never made it to the pool.
A few maintenance items popped up during stay, but resort desk manage was going to initiate the work orders.

We loved our stay at this property and the pools and gym were a nice perk. It was clean, well stocked, and in a great location.
The only struggle was with the downstairs tub/shower. The tub walls are really high and the tub itself was very slippery. This made it a challenge for family that physically struggle with the stairs because they ended up having to go upstairs to use the shower.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this location. The location was beautiful, and the home was very accommodating for a family of five. We would recommend staying here and can't wait to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo with gorgeous views that was wonderful for our Spring Break ski vacation. Plenty of room for our two families that included 4 adults and 6 kids ages 12-17. Three out of the four bedrooms (including the master) were upstairs so it’s notable that you need to be able to get up a spiral staircase. We cooked each night and the kitchen had all we needed. We were a 10-12 minute drive to the slopes at Purgatory resort. The outdoor hot tub and heated pools were very nice, but do know you have to drive to them a couple minutes from the condo. All the staff was very friendly and the check in/checkout process was very easy. Would highly recommend this condo!

This was our fourth time staying at this condo for our annual family ski trip, and as usual, it did not disappoint. The views are so beautiful, and the condo is very spacious! The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the dining table is perfect for group meals. Tamarron is very convenient to accessing Purgatory, and we enjoyed using the health club’s heated pool and spa after a long day of skiing. The beds all have memory-foam mattresses, so they are quite firm. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit!

We had a wonderful winter vacation and this condo made it even more perfect. The property is quiet and beautiful, the condo is clean and spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect between the town of Durango and Purgatory for skiing. We had no complaints at all and all of our questions were answered right away. We will definitely book here again without hesitation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
