We rented this property for CNU graduation we had three generations of family. The home is spacious with beds/baths and was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.

Our family of 14 had a great stay. House accommodated us well. Plenty of room and easy trip to Williamsburg and surrounding attractions. Host was very responsive to all our questions. We will stay here again.

The house was great and had plenty of space for our extended family of 11, which included five children ages 5-12. The owners were extremely responsive. The house is clean and in a good location for east access to many attractions.

We had 8 family members stay here and it was very comfortable. The layout is excellent for a large group and the kitchen comfortably fits 4 or 5 people cooking at once.

This was a nice house with spacious bedrooms, that sleeps 12 to 14 comfortably. The kitchen area was large with plenty of storage space, but lots of empty drawers and cabinet.s.. Also if you bring kids, there really isn’t anywhere for kids to play or to hangout to watch TV. The outside yard is enclosed and has a nice play set. Communication with the owner was easy and we received quick responses back. We did not find the house to be cleaned throughly. There were dusty kids toys (McDonald’s toy’s) under one of the sleep sofas and when we removed the sheets from one of the beds, it had a nasty stain on the mattress protector. We notified the owner and he was very apologetic and said he would talk to the cleaning crew. and make sure it was replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay.. However here are some suggestions to the owners to make it even better: it could use more TV’s, dressers in the bedrooms, more large cooking pans, & pots, large mixing bowls, better towels and wash clothes, a long mirror and a electric can opener. This is a beautiful property in walking distance of CNU-plenty of room, great accommodations!

I really enjoyed the home. The neighbors are not friendly. They are very rude. The one across the street is the one that cause trouble. He came over and pulled up the flags that was in the grass. Instead of explaining himself he just went off. He stated that he would have a talk with the owner. It states we can park on the street. Well it should say park in the street because you cant pull off onto the grass at ALL.

Stay was great, everything is close and nearby. Beds were basic, you may want to bring your own pillows if you need comfort. Game area up stairs kept our kids busy all night! Great Property

This was a 10 out of 10 rental. The house is immaculate. New construction with the best amenities throughout. The bathrooms have dispensers full of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. There are extra thoughtful touches that makes this house very warm and comfortable. Everything that you would need in the kitchen is there. Even a waffle iron!! The owner messaged me many times which created a smooth and easy process for my family to relax and enjoy our visit . This is a gem.

Enjoyed the location, size and amenities in the house. Communication with owner/manager was great. We would be happy to rent this property again in the future!

House was big enough for our family. Downstairs very spacious. Great idea making the master closet a nursery/playroom. Appropriate toys and great children’s books. Great outside toys for toddlers. They loved the slide. Unfortunately, for older children, the air hockey did not work. Could not get cable to work so no ballgames to watch. All blankets were in master closet so first night upstairs guests were cold.

This rental property is terrific! The layout of the house coupled with the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms offers a great rental option for a family. Also, my father is handicap and the first floor worked out very well for him. We would highly recommend this rental. It is exceptionally clean and convenient to area restaurants and facilities

We were a multi-generation family looking to gather in Newport News and found the perfect place in this rental! Clean, spacious, outfitted with everything we needed including toys and a high chair for my one-year old granddaughter. The pictures were accurate and the owner was readily available and communicative. We will be back!

Clean well laid out house with all the comforts of home. Everything worked well and was so relaxing for our family reunion. Property Manager was responsive and great to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay for a couple of days in a quiet neighborhood and relax!

Spacious 5 five bedrooms. Plenty of room for dining and making breakfast. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Enough room for 10 people to spread out and not be on top of each other. We liked it.

Could not have had a better experience. Beautiful home, plenty of space for our guests, and close uber rides to lots of spots in the area.

This property is as advertised... in fact, it is even better than that. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the property owners were easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. Beautiful home in a central location. Will 100% book again in the future

Larger than it looks, in a location that allows you to get to many areas - local beaches/parks. Smart choice for a larger group.

We stayed here, as a family, for my middle daughters high school graduation. I had family coming from out of state and we wanted to be able to stay together. This house was perfect. There was enough room, such that, we did not feel like we were on top of one another. There were plenty of restrooms for showering and getting ready. The back yard was fun for the little children. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for everyone and the dining table was enough room for all of us to share meals together. We would do it all again, in a heartbeat.

Seven of us stayed at this home for a family wedding. I think we were all in agreement that this home is fabulous! It is so comfortable that I felt I was in someone's actual home and not a rental. It is large and tasteful and well-equipped. There are five large bedrooms, the master on the first level. And the two full baths upstairs made it very easy for us all to bathe in the mornings and prep for the wedding. The owners communicated well and were pleasant and polite. I would definitely stay here again if in the area for an overnight!
