They need more breakfast options. My babies love pancakes and waffles but the only choice they had really was cereal. And ore fruit and toppings for the yogurt. The breakfast they did serve was delicious and to my liking. Biscuits and gravy sausage and scrambled eggs

The hotel is pretty. It makes you feel happy you booked it because pretty feels cleaner. The staff were friendly on check-in and the room is nice and really good size. Has fridge.

HOWEVER, not enough care was taken to sound proof this hotel. It’s soooo loud. I was on the 2nd floor above the pool. I could hear all the carrying on and crying until the pool closed. I could hear noises from rooms top and bottom through the vents. Somewhere there was a techno beat played continuously from mid morning until the wee dark hours. I felt like I was next to or above a club. Never did figure out where the music was coming from. I had to sleep with my tv on to drown out the music and the street noise outside. The hallways are narrow so every door that opens and closes feels like your own. The staff uses walkie-talkies so if you come back midday for a nap forget about it. You hear every towel request, toilet paper needs and beds that need making. Along with the staff hollering to each other up and down the hallway. It was overwhelming. No microwave was a bummer as well. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t book again.

The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. Our first room, the A/C, didn't work. They sent maintenance to our room immediately. Unfortunately, it continued to not work, so they promptly moved us to another room. The breakfast was great both mornings. The staff were friendly.

The only "negative" was that the A/C didn't work in our original room, so they moved us. The only room available was a King Suite. We had 2 queen beds and a couch originally because we had three adults staying in the room. Unfortunately, the one adult had to sleep on a pull-out bed instead of a comfy queen bed. It was an unfortunate change, but the hotel did what they could to accommodate us, which I appreciate.

Whenever we come home to visit our family, we stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. This is definitely the place to stay.

I loved the staff and the hotel room size. I loved the 2 beds and a pull-out couch as a third option.

The bed was uncomfortable, but that's more a personal preference not a hotel issue.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy.
