The game didnt work for my nephew to play and the fans in both rooms didnt work and we had a worker in the house every day but 2 witch where the days we were not there. The guy was very nice and did everything he coulf to help.

The stairs were a huge bummer!! So hard to unload and have to walk up 4 flights of stairs!!! Wish it had a bigger deck and outside area!

Located walking distance from Lake and Heavenly Village gave us plenty to do! The home was well equipped and the kids loved the space to themselves and the arcade room. Great WiFi for working remotely, too.

Great 3 bedroom with bonus “game” room. The stairs were a little much after a few days for the third floor:) if this is something you are considering, try and inquire for the 2nd floor of this unit as needed as there are several in this little community of condos. There was a massage chair in the master bedroom which was great. I think we used it every day. Ot was awesome after a day of swimming or after heavenly. 10 minutes walk to the beach with kids and water toys/towels etc. Bring a wagon if you can. The beach did cost though so be prepared. It was $20 per person I believe. 10 minutes to heavenly as well where you can shop and eat. Only one Main Street to cross. The longest walk was to the casinos. About 15 minutes to the casinos. Not bad though. Beware of bears! We had a visitor in the community garbage cans. After that, the main community gates were shut and all was well. Negatives: All doors creaked which made it pretty noisy while trying to check on the little ones sleeping. The floors creaked as well, but they are rustic hardwoods so we expected it. The main master bathroom had a motion sensor light, but no actual door to the bathroom so light shined on the person still sleeping if you needed to use the bathroom late, or after arriving home late from a night at the casino. Also, not a huge deal, but one of the video games was not working. Inquire about this of this is something you are interested in. The Batman game did work however, and our kids enjoyed it.

Second time staying here. We love this unit! Clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo rental just a few blocks off from Heavenly Village. Our group was late 20 year olds for a ski weekend in Tahoe. The property was wonderful, easy to access, and only a short distance to the gondola. Super manageable to carry gear over to the lift. Would recommend for future stays.

This condo is perfect for families. We stayed with our 4 daughters-The games are so much fun and it is much more spacious than we thought. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was perfect across the street from Heavenly village. The condo was very clean and I would definitly stay here again.

The property is just as advertised. Walking distance to Heavenly Mountain on one side and Lakeside Marina on the other. Live music at the village almost every night. The place was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 hard to please teens.

Me and my best friends got together .to collectively celebrate out 40th birthdays. The location is great, easy walks to the beach and state line. Kitchen was decently stocked with cookware. The TV was a bit difficult to work at first, but you get used to it. All and all a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

The full pull-out bed/couch was identified as a bed in the booking. We arrived to a couch with only the metal frame and no mattress. Unfortunately, one of our guests had to sleep on the very uncomfortable couch/"bed" for all 4 nights. During our stay, the owner elected to book the internet to be upgraded. The internet was out for over 24 hours and the owner had one of our guests on the phone for a few hours to help troubleshoot which was a huge inconvenience. Unfortunately, the owner and the booking company did not reply to our complaint or try to address the concerns which warrant this negative review. Outside of the above grievances, the house was in a great location and was perfect for what we were wanting.

We had 8 guys for two days and the place was perfect! Great walking distance from casinos to save the Uber ride. Had all the amenities you need and several places to fall asleep after a long day of Golf and casinos. For sure using this spot next year!
