Perfect for large family. Walk to beach and shopping

I recently had the absolute displeasure of staying at what was advertised as a luxurious vacation home, only to be met with a nightmarish series of failures that turned my dream getaway into a week from hell. First and foremost, the kitchen refrigerator was broken. Imagine arriving with a week's worth of groceries for a family of 12, only to discover that the fridge doesn't work. The property maintenance crew never actually fixed the kitchen refrigerator, but put a spare refrigerator in the garage. Adding insult to injury, both the outdoor grills were defunct. Next, the air conditioning was on the fritz. In the middle of summer! The sweltering heat made the house unbearable at night, especially for the kids and pregnant women in our group. All the TVs, except for the one in the master bedroom, did not work. This was especially frustrating on a rainy day with kids. Furthermore, there was unclear communication about when the pool had been serviced or received a routine cleaning later in the week. The waterfall feature at the pool was also not functioning during our stay. For a property that charged such an exorbitant price, these issues are beyond disappointing—they're infuriating. While the property management service reps were generally polite when we contacted them about these problems, the service was delayed and it was difficult to get a prompt response. Do yourself a favor & stay far away. Save your money & sanity—find a place that actually cares about its guests.

We rented this property for the weekend and were impressed by the cleanlinesses, proximity to beach, and overall location of the property. Would absolutely rent again - if you have a large group traveling to Destin highly recommend!

The house was awesome and very well appointed. Some vacations we spend more time at the pool....this vacation we loved, loved, loved the beach!!! Water was perfect, private beach was great. It was a perfect place to unwind and chill out for a week.

This beautiful home was a perfect getaway for our family of 18. We spent the last week in April 2023 enjoying the beach, pool, biking, walking to all the shops, the sunsets and many restaurants close by ! Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you !

The property was fantastic, and the entire family (ages 3-86) enjoyed themselves immensely. The elevator was extremely convenient for the older members of the family. Unfortunately we were down there during a record cold front, so we could not enjoy the beach. We give the house five stars!

We all loved this vacation home! The home was beautiful, spacious, and accommodating to a large group. We really enjoyed the private pool -having an infant, it was nice not to have to go far and worry about lots of splashing/crowds. Also the walk to the community beach was pretty short which was a plus! Our group also appreciated the bikes, we took a few morning rides for coffee! It was the perfect family getaway. We absolutely would return to this property!
