I can not say enough good things about this place. The location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. The house was very clean and well kept and the owner was always quick to respond if we needed them. 10/10 will stay here again.

We absolutely loved the house, location and pool! It was perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers (15 and 18). Just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach was amazing! Highly recommend!!

This was the absolutely perfect place for our family of 4 to stay on our first trip to AMI. It was spotless upon arrival and Carolyn was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and so helpful with any question I had. It was nicely updated with high end furnishings. It included everything we needed, including beach towels and a closet full of beach accessories. The full size washer and dryer was so nice and the pantry was so big and a wonderful bonus! The house had plenty of storage for everything we brought. The pool and lanai area was absolutely amazing and beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was our favorite part! The location of the house was perfect. It was a nice quiet street in a very nice neighborhood. You did not have to cross any of the busy streets to get to the beach. The beach access was directly at the end of the street, not even 2 blocks away. It was close enough to the main part of town that you could get to Pine street or Manatee Beach in just a couple minutes via golf cart. It was close enough to everything, but just far enough to not be too busy. It was very private and did not seem like a duplex at all. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

The reviews of the property are exactly correct. Clean and tidy, well decorated, newly renovated. Proximity to the beach is amazing and absolutely a highlight of the property. We loved the pool and shaded dining area. Our 7 year old swam every day! The property owner/manager is attentive and responsive helping with a minor dishwasher issue we experienced almost immediately. We will absolutely be back and will stay at this same property again. Stop looking, you’ve found the best.

The property was very clean with contemporary decor. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with luxurious finishes. The private pool on the property was a definite plus and our 3 yr old granddaughter preferred it over the beach. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. Oh yes and the beach was a 2 min walk. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed at the Sand Dollar Cottage for a month in Feb/Mar 2022 and were delighted with this property. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. The backyard pool and surroundings are a little bit of paradise! It is a very short walk to the beach and one block from the free trollley stop. The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms is a great plus. The kitchen has beautiful stainless steel appliances with an ice maker and plenty of cooking supplies. Carolyn is a delight to communicate with and makes sure her guests are comfortable with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

The house is in a great quiet neighborhood, and very close to the beach! Nice pool, well appointed kitchen, and the beds were very comfy! I would definitely consider staying here again!

We loved this property - it's updated, spotlessly clean, and the best location on the island. One block to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. The space is perfect for a couple or small family. The pool is a gem. The owner is so personable and responsive, and supplies great beach gear. While the condo shares a wall with another, we didn't hear a peep and the neighborhood is also very quiet. The weather can be cool and windy in early February, but the clear sunny days can't be beat!

The pool was crystal clear and the pool area was decorated nicely with palm trees and other well-maintained landscaping. It made the whole pool area an escape from everything. Which is good because the overall neighborhood is just okay. It’s not that it’s run down or scary, it’s just not as nice as some of the other areas on the island. That’s really the only knock on this otherwise really nice property. Beach access was very easy, parking was great, location was pretty much central to the stuff to do on the north half of the island. Would definitely be willing to stay there again

This condo is perfect! It's super clean, modern and beautifully decorated. And the partially covered, warm pool with changeable led lights is very relaxing at night. I was also amazed how close the walk was to the beach. Finally, Carolyn is super responsive and a pleasure to talk to. She had the pool guy come out the next day, when I thought the pool heater wasn't working. She also gave me excellent restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Family of four family vacation. Clean, roomy, pool, super close to beach with wagon, chairs, umbrella and tent. Everything worked we never had to contact anyone from beginning to end, Saturday to Saturday! We will definitely stay here again, we very much enjoyed the house and the location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Love that everything was provided for us to take to the beach. Would definitely return!
