Location is far from main city and top of hill, difficulties to reach car directly to hotel.

Right from the beginning the property manager (Ravi) was always open to questions and queries and was helpful and very humble. The staff are extremely down to earth, fast, friendly and professional. The food was good and the location and a view is an absolute wonder and treat for the eyes and mind! I would write more but I can summarize that book your stay in advance and let the rest be taken care by the place 😀

The over all experience was fantastic in the hotel. The out side view from the window was beautiful when raining.

Hand shower for the commode was not proper. That's the only thing which was not upto the mark.

Very good food and very nice staff and well maintained clean place, clean bathroom, nice hot water and good warm bed and good heater. Excellent views .

The rooms are spacious very clean and quite cizy,the room heaters and the toilet is proper.....the climb up to the hotel is a little steep ,only 4 wheel drive cars can go,nice place with Mountain and rhododendron view.....about 15 mints by car from Darjeeling chowk Bazar

It's a little far from Darjeeling in Dali you need to Hore cars or share cars to reach Darjeeling, for elderly people it's a hard climb up

The view was great. The room was very big (a problem if the heating is poor).

Extremely cold in the room. The heaters are not effective at all. Extremely uncomfortable to stay here. Poor quality heater. The heater in the room caught fire while I was sleeping in the room. Extremely dangerous. The staff thankfully saw the smoke coming from the room at night and evacuated me. They then had the audacity to charge me for the damage due to the heater. The hotel is far from the town and the approach is terrible. You're completely stuck in the hotel without a car. Can't venture out at all as the road leading to the hotel is dangerous and steep - cannot walk out of the hotel alone. The hotel doesn't have any garden, etc. So you're just stuck in the room all the time. Not a happy experience for me, I'm sorry to say. It's not practical or convenient at all.

The staff of this property, especially the kitchen staff, who were also there to help with other things, were true gems. extremely helpful. The food was a bit expensive but delicious. We got a complimentary breakfast.

The location is the biggest drawback of this property as you need to take a cab for 300-500 Rs or walk for an hour to reach the main mall area of Darjeeling. Also, this property's surrounding area or view is not that great. Maybe good weather in the early morning with the view of snowcapped mountains could have made it better.

Location of the property is perfect. It is close to most of the sight seeing places. Food is good, though expensive, and menu is limited. Staff is co-operative and friendly. Travel was arranged by Hotel Staff upon self request. Enjoyed our stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort.

Few things I found missing. And if these are incorporated, it will be convenient. These are 1) Hairdryer 2) Room Heater or Hot Air blower 3) Disposable Slippers 4) Mini Bar Facility 5) Working intercom

1. Rooms are cozy, well furnished and clean 2. All rooms are facing Kanchenjungha. 3. Staff behaviour is exceptionally good. 4. Food quality is good and prices are reasonable.

1. The location of the resort is quite far from the Mall. 2. The road to reach the resort from Dali Fatak is quite steep and difficult for old age people to walk through.

Location is good. Views are great from the hotel. Taxis are easily available from the main road.

At the price I booked the room, breakfast should have been complimentary. Even an average hotel provides it. The board of the hotel should have been placed prominently near the road to help people coming in their own vehicle.

Loved this hotel, it was really lovely all around. The staff were great, the food was good and the views from the room were spectacular.

It’s a bit tough to get to the main entrance and is a bit far from the core.
