This was a memorable experience for our family and the four other families that stayed for just under a week. There is a hiking trail just at the end of the culex sac. The place is exactly as advertised, plus the ac works well and there is plenty of hot water. The home was spacious and clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty to do for the kiddos- with the pool, media room, the arcade game and shuffle board and pool table - plus the hot tub is right out in the trees with a spacious seating area. I would definitely recommend!

They did bring the items but only 4 pool towels for 14 guest. There were no bath mats, dish towels, throw pillows or blankets to lounge on the couch with. We ended up buying our own and leaving them at the house for future renters. I think these items are a necessity especially for the price we paid. However, over all it was a great property and we had a wonderful time.

The house is in need of a Major upgrade. Felt outdated and not luxurious. Furniture needs to be replaced, it was old and worn down. There was no AC and the large windows didn’t have window coverings so the sun would wake you up at 6am, sometimes 5am. The windows that did have window screens didn’t provide much protection against the sun. Also, many windows didn’t have window screens so you had to make a decision between being uncomfortable with the heat or getting bitten by mosquitos. If you have allergies to dust mites, this isn’t a good place for you either. There are TVs in every room but it’s not connected so you have do bring adapters and your own entertainment. Hot water wasn’t consistent so if you have small children, good luck. The swimming pool felt like a sauna room, even when we opened all of the windows, which made the ping pong table (located in the swimming pool room) unusable because unless you were in the pool it was unbearable. The Ice machine of the fridge stopped working and we there was no broom. Overall a mediocre stay and for the price tag, was NOT Worth it. And def not luxurious.

Decided to get away for a long weekend and stay 4 nights at the Evergreen Estates property. We were very excited to splurge on a luxury property because we have had a very stressful start to our year and just wanted to treat ourselves to relax and enjoy. This place did not allow any of that. LARGE ANTS! For the entire trip, we found carpenter ants in the living room and kitchen area and spent time killing them. The property management company brought us ant traps and spray, which means we spent most of our trip trying to kill the ants. we put out 16 traps total and sprayed the floors, base boards, vents and under the couch at least 8 different times to try to keep them at bay. We were told that they were bringing in an exterminator after our visit. Great for someone else, but not us. REFRIGERATOR: Upon opening the refrigerator, we realized there were only two high shelves. At the bottom, it was only a drawer - no shelf above the drawer, just the drawer. SHEETS WERE DIRTY: The sheets and comforter in the master bedroom were dirty. Luckily we weren't using all the rooms, so we were able to grab clean sheets and comforter from another bed. I sent a message to the property manager through their app before falling asleep. They brought us new sheets the next day. So, I changed the sheets twice for a 4 night trip. POOL ROOM: The pool was nice - kids had fun. The pool room could use some love, but the pool itself was nice. There was a ping pong table in the room, but no ping pong balls to play with. We tried to turn the TV on in the pool area, but had no signal. Noticed that the cable box had no plugs to plug in. Was finally told by the prop mgr that the tv was only intended for streaming. By the time we were told this, we didn't even care anymore. OTHER ISSUES: Movie Room - Surround speakers didn't work. Only speakers were from the movie projector. Bench in front entry way was broken. Dishwasher was not secured. Arcade game didn't fully work (one player only allows you to move downward). Majority of the dishes had chips in them. Non-Stick pans were extremely worn and some were even bent. Overall, the house needs some upgrading and attention. Sounds like they were going to do some things after our departure - didn't help us. Very disappointing trip - would NEVER stay here again.

Montgomery Estates has everything anyone would want in a stay-at-home vacation: plenty of space to find alone time, big kitchen for cooking, and plenty of areas for activities for people of all ages: arcade, hot tub, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, billiards, shuffle board, big table for board games, and an indoor theater! There are a couple trails only a very short walk from the house for those who want to stretch their legs, take a trail run, or mountain bike. It's truly awesome. Only 10 minutes from Safeway and Whole Foods too. For post-pandemic vacation, its proximity to Heavenly resort makes a quick trip to ski slopes and lodges easy and convenient. We loved our stay there and barely left the property!

Staff was quick to respond when we arrived to clean the house and change the bedding. This house has it all. Enough separation for privacy and a giant fun room for everyone to share time with each other. It is a perfect home for family reunions or multi family vacation.

Our management team had a small leadership meeting and decided instead of staying in a hotel to reserve a VRBO so we could all be in the same place. We are thrilled with our decision. The property was beautiful and accommodating. We were able to do our work but also enjoy the beautiful home as well as scenery. It was a much needed break from the day to day crazy of our work! Thank You!

This property was clean and nicely updated and was a good size for about 14 adults. The neighborhood was conveniently located for fall hiking and going out to restaurants as well. Some improvements in the house would have made for a better overall experience, including fixing the creaking bunk beds, ensuring all mattresses were high quality (one was hard as a rock), and stocking the house for a large group bettter (more dish towels, garbage bags, shampoo, soap), adding in a tea kettle, etc.

This cabin is so beautiful and easily sleeps 18 people. The indoor pool, sauna, hottub and home theater were all great additions as well. There was only 1 bbq but it’s pretty large and the family area is great for big dinners. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were well kept with soaps and lotions for use. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms blocked out outside noise pretty well. The AC didn’t cool the house down too much so we ended up opening some windows instead. No AC on the third floor. Overall though it was a beautiful cabin, great for large groups, decent location for casinos and lake visits, and lots of fun things to do right at the house!
