We stayed here for a long weekend. It’s just perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The home is just as pictured. It’s clean, spacious, and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t use the outdoor areas bc it was chilly when we were there (end of Dec.), but both front and back yards were lovely and would be nice areas to just hang out and relax. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Highly recommend!!

This is our third year staying at this location for the dog show. We love it and already reserved for next year!

I stay in VRBO homes often when I travel, and can think of only a few that were as clean, comfortable, and well-appointed as this one. Jason has done a wonderful job with this home, and is very friendly and helpful to boot. Highly recommended.

We rented the La Quinta home for the holiday ! The house was clean and stocked, for the Turkey dinner. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend to a family of 4 !

Jason went above and beyond to welcome us when a few members of our party had to endure meetings after a long drive. House is close enough to Polo Club to drive, Uber, or bike to festivals and really clean and welcoming.

Overall a great stay! Only 5 minutes away from some cafes and 15 minutes away from Coachella, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub and Jason always responded very quickly and was very helpful with anything we needed.

We loved our stay at this property. Clean and comfortable. We walked to the shops & restaurants at Old Town, and took a quick uber to the golf resorts in town. Jason was great to work with and made sure that we had everything we needed.

4 adults stayed one week to visit Indian Wells Tennis. The location was perfect. A 10 minute drive to the stadium and easy walk into La Quinta for restaurants and supplies. Jason was the perfect host and responded very quickly. The house is true to the pictures, we’ll equipped and super clean. Perfect for our group and we will certainly try to book this house again when we return for more tennis. Thanks to Jason for opening his home for our stay.

Very clean & easy to find. Close to everything in Laquinta. Nice fire pit and clean two person hot tub. Will recommend to others.

Nice little property in La Quinta, very close to the downtown and to hiking trails. Backyard is great with the dogs, and the property had everything you need for a quick getaway. We booked a bit late, and communication with the property owner was great for arrival and during out visit. No major issues, we were just working on getting some of the outside lights to come on - great communication and we figured out the lights which made for a great atmosphere outside. Covered patio front and back, plenty of space for the two humans and two Shih-Tzus. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nice space in a great location. Felt really comfortable, and it was set up nicely to spend time with family. Jason was very quick to respond to my messages. Would recommend!

Perfect get away in the desert! We went for runs on the bike path, took family walks to Old Town and spent a day at Joshua Tree. The house had everything we needed for our delightful family get away!

Extremely clean. Fresh remodel with an attention to detail. In town for work this house was amazing, everything we could need including coffee. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood nothing to complain about. And believe me we know how to complain. Many thanks to our host for the home and prompt communication.

We loved this property! The neighborhood is very tranquil and so is this home. The backyard offers the perfect amount of shade in the hot La Quinta weather. We loved the television outside and our dogs loved the yard. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we might need and the air conditioner was perfect! Just book this property, you will love it!

Jason, your house is so beautiful it made us feel right at home, it was great to have all my kids together under one roof. Even thought under the circumstances of the loss of a family member we felt really comfortable, all the amenities , every detail was thought of . We were there for three days in mid-March. We found Jason's home to have everything you need for a short stay in La Quinta. The yard was really lovely and our two dogs had a good time romping around in it. The house was in a great location in a cute neighborhood, within walking distance of the many restaurants in Old Town La Quinta.

My husband and I spent 3 weeks at this house. The outdoor space in the backyard was so tranquil and lovely. We so loved being within walking distance to Old Town La Quinta as well. The beds were super comfortable. Jason responded quickly to any of our questions. This is a great find!

The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were 5 women; moms with adult kids. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and availability of fresh citrus from the backyard trees! There was plenty of seating inside as well between the dining table and large sectional couch. As shown in the photos bathrooms are small with pedestal sinks, but the owner compensates by having side tables and dressers in the bedrooms for holding all your items. Note that shampoo products are not included in this rental so bring your own. The kitchen is also small but we weren't doing much cooking this trip so it worked out fine. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the owner also left bottled water for us. They provide plenty of towels for hot tub use as well as showers. The beds and pillows were very cozy! The neighborhood is quiet and charming and felt very safe. The location is very convenient to all that La Quinta has to offer. On the rare occasion that we needed to contact the owner, he was immediately responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
