We had a wonderful stay with Paul at the Farmleigh House. It was new, crispy clean and quiet. No breakfast, but optional dinner at the Harbour Restaurant (also owned by the host) with a 10% discount on food (not on drinks!).

Location was a bit of a walk from Donegal centre..

Position to town was good with available parking

When we where there the front door was never locked. I would rather that payment came off without having to look for the restaurant to make a payment. Maybe I am just not used to this kind of setup.

Ideal spot, close to donegal town for our purpose, great location

The location was so quiet. There is no through road so very little traffic. The best thing about the place was the conservatory. It was a fabulous spot to enjoy a cup of tea and and a quiet read. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We had dinner at Paul's restaurant and enjoyed 20% off. It was delicious. I highly recommend. A fabulous BnB!

room was smaller than expected, from pictures. if you are calling yourself a B& B you should have a selection of food for the morning, there was only cereal that was in bins under the counter. coffee/ tea available but not really set up to be hospitable.

Lovely house, short walk into town or €7 taxi. Easily located. Bread, cereal, juice, tea and coffee provided for breakfast in the morning. Paul is only a text, phone call or 5 minutes away.

This property is a good value if you are looking for a quick stop in Donegal. It was quiet and a short walk into town. the owner has a restaurant in town that was very good.

It is located in a suburb without much around. With this being more of a guest house everything is help yourself, although the host is responsive over text.

Bed too small and paltry breakfast. Fresh fruit, bread and butter for me does not comprise a continental breakfast.

Location is perfect for walking to town. Very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the use of the lovely sunroom. Great host.

free to use the sun room and garden. felt as if we were at home and plenty of food laid out for breakfast. when the evenings turned cold the heating was on in our rooms.
