We really enjoyed our time here! It’s close to everything and was super clean and very nice.

Easy check in. Every amenity you could need on vacation was available including a cooler, beach, chairs, bikes, bike lock and every kitchen utensil imaginable. Plenty of towels, Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Uber service was very quick to this location and got us everywhere we needed to go. Prompt responses from rental team!

The place is great, awesome location, close to everything you need....and the place has everything you would have at your own house...will definitely stay again!!!

Pretty backyard, super close to the beach. The owners have thought of every possible need. The beds seemed like new Temperpedics. Fully stocked kitchen which was really great. Great to have bikes and beach stuff. My only thought is that the cleaners use some heavy duty cleaners and laundry detergent, so not great for those with allergies.

This property was absolutely AMAZING. The owners were simply the best! When we arrived they helped carry in our groceries and put them away in the fridge for us. They had everything! We were able to borrow beach chairs and cruiser bikes when we went to the beach. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. The Kitchen had all the utensils and tools needed to cook. Grilling and relaxing in the beautiful back yard area was a highlight. We would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved staying in Peggy's Cottage... the backyard is peaceful and private and my favorite place. It was so relaxing to sit out there and listen to the birds. The cottage was super clean and incredibly roomy for the 2 of us, although 4 could easily stay here and have plenty of room. Many grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I even walked to Hobe Sound Beach... once you turn off the Dixie Hwy the path is gorgeous and very picturesque. I would come back... thank you Peggy!

Lovely vacation! This is my second stay at A Peggy’s Retreat property and it did not disappoint! Close to the beach and excellent restaurants, and all the amenities for comfortable hanging out in the tropical paradise back yard! I had a great week!!

It felt like any place we wanted to go was just 15 minutes or less away. We could have walked to the grocery store. We had friends over for a BBQ and cooked all our own meals. Was well stocked and so much better than a hotel. If we are in the area again we will definitely see if this place is available!

The property was beautiful and beautifully kept, Well appointed and thought out. But Peggy Please rethink that Monstrous Refrigerator it Makes fully utilizing all the very nice things almost impossible to use. Namely the Microwave and Toaster and and cabinet space. Would i come back again ABSOLUTLY. P.S. The location of this property could not be better.

Home was very clean with multiple seating areas. The back yard was like an oasis with all the landscaping. It was a peaceful visit. Owners are easy to get ahold. Thank you so much!

Exceeded our expectations!

Husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving to visit family and squeeze in a little beach action….! Property has everything thing you need and is conveniently located one mile from Hobe Sound Beach and grocery store and gas stations are close! There was room enough for me to entertain family that came to visit. Will definitely book again when visiting my family in the future…..’! Thanks Peggy….!

This property had all the amenities needed for a rejuvenating stay in Hobe Sound. Perfectly maintained, quiet residential neighborhood and close to Hobe Sound Beach! I highly recommend this property for anyone interested in a quiet respite from a busy lifestyle. Modern interior and appliances with a gorgeous tropical, secluded patio!

The house is lovely and comfortable, with every convenience imaginable. The back yard garden is so serene and inviting. I had my breakfast out there daily. Lots of bird chatter and butterflies. Peggy is a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning on visiting Jupiter or Hobe Sound.

Might be the best vacation rental house I’ve ever had. It felt very homey. It was super clean and had everything you needed to cook and have meals there. We ate dinner and breakfast outside in the wonderful (and shaded) outdoor table. It was perfect. Pull out couch was good, and the bed in the guest room was great! PLUS a ton of things to use at the beautiful local beaches. I hope to stay there again.

This is a great property. In fact, it is by far the best property that I have ever stayed at through VRBO. Typically, when you stay at a place available through VRBO, you get a decent place with cheap furniture. I did not get that feeling with this place. The furniture was nice enough to feel like I was living in my own home. The furniture was not worn out from high use and neglect. Furthermore the place was immaculately clean! Spotless! I could tell that the owners paid meticulous attention to detail as there were signs posted throughout the house to identify different aspects, e.g., a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, the light switch for under counter lights, etc... The back patio is awesome. My son and I ate dinner on the back patio, from the grill, and we played "hop scotch" on the stone pavers that line the back yard. The backyard truly does provide a tropical feel to the house. Also, I did not feel like the neighbors were intruding on us. I felt like we had enough seclusion from the neighbors that they were not bothersome. While this house does share a wall with neighbors, we were never interrupted by them, so they are either quiet or the walls are so thick that we did not bother each other. This place is in a great location to visit the local area and beaches. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Hobe Sound!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the area was quiet and location was very close to good restaurants without being in the middle of everything. Highly recommend checking out John D MacArthur State Park (beautiful beach and kayak rentals). Jupiter Dive Center is just a short 15 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook in house which was perfect. Thanks for the great place to stay. :)

This property is by far the best place we have ever stayed! This house was amazing, equipped with everything and anything we could have needed and as a bonus, has a paradise in the back! The tropical flowers, trees, patio and much more was so relaxing and beautiful! Can’t wait until we can book with them again!

Thank you Peggy for being such a gracious and caring hostess. Your home is exquisite and lacks for nothing. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to Publix and Hobe Sound Beach. The back garden with palm trees, birds, grill and plenty of seating is so private and serene. I loved all the outdoor lighting. It was such a cozy and welcoming home to return to each evening. I stayed for 8 nights but could easily have stayed a month. Thanks so much! ~ Deb

This is a beautiful pristine property. There are all the comforts and amenities of home. There are bikes and beach chairs and a place to store fishing gear.This is a great location only 1 1/2 miles from the beach and restaurants are close by too. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful tropical setting, perfect for grilling,eating outside, and relaxing.This is a very nice neighborhood The owners are awesome and only a phone call away if you need them We would give this home a 10 star rating and would highly recommend it
