Good value, layout and location. Would have been nice to have a few more serving pieces, such as small bowls and platters. Naybe a second small cutting board.

Loved it. Close to the beach, could fish in the back yard nd park your boat in the canal behind the house.

Pictures gives you an exact overview of this nice place. Quite neighborhood, close to hobe sound, beaches and Jupiter is a short drive away His Todd responded within minutes and swiftly helped us with a minor problem. (Gas for bbq) We did ask for a late check out if possible and got immediate respons House is perfect for a family of 4-5 but can easily sleep 8, we stayed 4 people and had another family over for new years and all could stay over. Great fishing from the dock for the kids as well I can really recommend this lovely place in Hobe sound.

This house was perfect for our Christmas in Hobe Sound. The family room/dining space is fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Property was perfect for a group stay. The living area being split was perfect for people to continue their evening and not disturb others in the group that wanted to go to sleep. Pool was great. Location was great. Only had a small issue with drain in one shower not draining but it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend for a group stay.

Wonderful place to relax and rest. Was in town for a wedding and found this gem near the church Great location . Very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the layout concept of the property! When you open the door and access the covered terrace, the view of the pool, the boat and the canal, you know you are on vacation. Next time will stay longer!! Thank you!!

Wonderful home, beautiful quiet neighborhood, pool and home very nice, clean and comfortable. Very smooth check in process, Todd was very helpful, quick to respond on all correspondence and great to work with.

Our family loved staying at Todd‘s Landing! The house is so tropical and unique! We loved the pool after a day of fishing, paddle boarding or biking, then relaxing in the open air screening room. The location is great, lots to do in the area. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the big kitchen as well. Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed our week at Todd’s Landing very much! The house is unique and inviting! we loved the open entrance area with the view to the pool and the canal. House is in a great location with driving options to many beautiful beaches! We would spend our morning fishing on the dock, head to the beach for the afternoon and back to the home for more fishing and family time! Just what we needed!

Nice “island style” home in Hobe Sound. The house is still in the process of converting to a rental so a few things could have been better. Electronic keypad locks would have made a huge difference. One set of keys was provided which made it a pain as the locks to the bedrooms and living area are separate and both need to be locked when you’re out of the house. There are no cleats on the dock to tie off if you decide to rent a boat. We did a lot of paddle boarding in the intracoastal and it would have been much easier if the dock had a ladder, or better yet, a floating dock. The pool was cold so it would be nice if the owner offered to heat the pool for an additional fee. Other than that, the location is within walking distance to the beach and water sports are available out your back door!

Very nice property and very relaxing. We were able to cook and grill and found great places to eat out as well. Relaxed on beach a few days and enjoyed pool and Florida sunshine

When you enter you are in an open breezeway with seating, overlooking the screened-in pool area and the canal beyond that. The kitchen/dining/living area is to your right and is glass sliders on two sides. Just perfect. The bedrooms are on your left; master on the same floor and two more upstairs with another full bath. We hated to leave!

House: great and unusual setup. Sleeping area separate from family/living room. Kitchen: great open plan between Kitchen , dining room and family room. Pool: great, deep enough, clean. Location: great. Bottom line: defenatly not your everage house for vacation rent, very much highly recommended.
