Such a beautifully clean place with an awesome outdoor balcony area. The view from this Apartment was outstanding, it was lovely to be able to spend some time in such a great environment. We are all looking forward to coming back and staying here again! Thanks to Dawn and the Team for such brilliant communication, we loved the experience!

We loved this apartment. It had everything you could possibly need and a fantastic master bedroom and ensuite. We made great use of the deck and enjoyed the beautiful view. It was very conveniently located and within walking distance of everything. We didn’t even mind the walk back up the hill. It helped us work off all the cream doughnuts we’d been eating at Ferg Bakery! Dawn was excellent to communicate with and I would highly recommend this property to others!

Loved the location - easy walk to town but like all beautiful Queenstown locations a trip up the hill on the way home.

We have stayed at multiple VRBO‘s all over the world… And this has been far been our best selection. Don, the property manager is incredibly proactive in communicating and the location/property exceeded our expectations! It’s incredibly clean, new carpet, insanely nice bathrooms w/ heated floors and a patio w/ a view we could retire with! We stayed w/ two young adults, but could see coming back w/ another couple or two! The walk to the center of town is easy and Ubers readily available for the climb back up the hill if you are not up for it!

We had a great three day family stay. Lots of space for our four boys. Close to town and clean and tidy. Lovely big deck and nice view.

Everything was great. The only thing we would have liked were more towels for the time we stayed.

Our family of 5 adults stayed for a week over the Christmas holiday. This modern 3 bedroom unit was perfect with gorgeous views from the expansive deck. We watched the sunset every night and the paragliders and Skyline gondolas during the day. Two of the bedrooms and the living room have sliders onto the deck. The well stocked kitchen is modern with new Fisher & Paykel appliances. We used it on Christmas day to make a full meal as most restaurants were closed. Lots of pots, pans, baking dishes, serving platters and utensils for cooking. Nice espresso machine for the mornings. Wonderful, modern bathrooms had heated towel bars and heated floors. Large showers in both and a big tub in the primary bath. Laundry was in the unit with powder provided. Super easy check in with a keypad on the front door. We received clear check-in instructions prior to arrival. We had some questions about the oven and Tyler responded immediately. The unit heats up in the late afternoon due to all the glass for the views. In the summer, make sure you draw the curtains when leaving the unit and it will be much cooler upon return. It's a 10 minute hike down to town and quite a climb to get back. We found it convenient for everyone to come and go as they pleased, but be prepared for the hike up at the end of the day. It's worth it for the views! Overall a lovely unit! You won't be disappointed!

A nice apartment, large bedrooms with a great balcony and amazing views. Nice and close to town, car parking and all the luxuries you need.

The property was amazing and I would stay there again. Unfortunately (I think this must have been a once of - comparing to other reviews), we did not have the access codes to get into our property (we were told this would be sent to us via the manager and prior to checkin in and it was not) and needed to contact 'Short Stays' who we booked with. Unfortunately this needed to be escalated through short stays to who found an email with the access codes and contact details of manager (this was as we nervously waited at the address to see if we could access out accom). Overall - not a great experience from checkin process, however, the apartment was awesome and I would recommend. Great views and not far from town. Just a steep walk or $6 uber. I would stay here again for sure.

Would recommend without hesitation

We absolutely loved the accomodation. The view and balcony are stunning. It comes well equipped in the kitchen and an easy check in process. I will definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Edgar Rise. The apartment is spacious and modern, with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Dawn was responsive and easy to communicate with. The views are fantastic and it’s quite easy to get into town. Would definitely recommend this home to other travellers visiting beautiful Queenstown.

Unit is clean n well organized. Great views n short walk to center of town. Parking is 8n a parking structure n a short walk to unit. Great appliances n comfortable beds.
