Bernard (the host) does a superb breakfast and he also accommodated my request for packed lunches. Nothing too much trouble for him and very chatty; made me feel very welcome. Room had all the basics you could ever need, including a fridge. The property is in a really nice location with a selection of pubs nearby, and is situated close to the M42. Off-road parking is a bonus, too.

If I was to be picky, the curtains weren't quite wide enough for the window in the room when they're shut. Also, I would've preferred a bath to a shower but that's just personal preference.

Bernard, the proprietor, was excellent. He provided each of us with a lift to the local pub (three separate journeys) on the first day. He was very hospitable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Dead fly's on the floor,strong smell of chemicals, asked for fan because it was hot,the answer was open the window,the outside temperature was higher than than inside,could not sleep at all because of that.internet so bad,in advertise excellent,

Breakfast was superb in every detail.

The bathroom was a bit small.
