This is a beautiful property and Patti was an awesome host. We loved our week in Old Naples.

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks (we stayed for a week 2 yrs ago) and everything was perfect. It's hard to believe that the unit suffered extensive damage in the hurricane because there is no evidence of it. It has been fully restored. The location is great for walking to the beach, or walking to restaurants on 5th Ave. S or 3rd St. The owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Their communication skills are fantastic and they respond to questions quickly. Reminded us about the Saturday farmers market (a must) and other events happening to during our stay. The kitchen has everything you'll need, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler come in handy, and the large private patio is where we had breakfast and late afternoon snacks. Can't wait for our next stay.

Our experience staying at the “Little Gem” was outstanding. Patti and Bruce are the most hospitable people and take excellent take of their property. Patti met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do. The condo has been very recently renovated. The location was just what we wanted, an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of 5th Ave. and 3rd street. The beach was an easy walk as well. We hope to visit there again!

We found this apartment (ground floor UK, 1st floor USA, no stairs) very comfortable with everything we needed during our ten days stay in April. French Doors from the lounge area open onto a large delightful private patio overlooking a small pond/lake. Loungers, table and chairs make this a lovely, partially shaded spot to sit in the heat of the day. The City Council had drained and cleaned the lake earlier this year and during our stay it was being refilled with water but was not yet completely filled when it will be even prettier; the ducks, geese, birds etc were a delight to watch. You have your own dedicated parking spot just outside the front door but the location near Cambier Park in old Naples means you hardly need a car as 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street both with lots of restaurants and shops are within a very pleasant stroll,. During our stay we met Patti the host , a lovely lady who has thoughtfully provided such things as kitchen and toilet rolls, Kleenex tissues, washing powder, toiletries etc. and she responds immediately to any queries . Two bikes are available to use plus beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The beach is just four blocks up the road and there is a lovely little park there also. What you see in the photos is what you get. The only slight negative is that there is some aircraft noise from small planes going into the airport particularly at the weekends, but this is the same wherever you stay in the central Naples area. We highly recommend a stay here and hope we will be able to return in two years or so. Thank you Patti we loved our stay Christina & John U.K.

The location, cleanliness, and hospitality were all outstanding - as advertised. Unfortunately, during our stay the lake/pond was being dredged by the city. We had a pump running right by the patio 24/7. We couldn't really enjoy the patio. Not the owners' fault, but the stay would have been much more pleasant without it.

We enjoyed walks to beach, the pier, shopping and dining. There are free concerts at the park on Sundays. We went to Empty Bowls to support the hungry in the area. The patio is lovely. The city was dredging the pond next to the patio which attracted all kinds of birds. The owner, Patti, was most helpful and attentive when needed, even calling to tell us to shelter in the laundry area if a storm got bad.

This is a perfect condo for two people who are looking for a relaxing week in Naples. It's located 3 blocks south of Naples' 5th Avenue, approximately 6 blocks away from Olde Town Naples and 8 blocks to the beach. We walked (or rode bikes) everywhere. We averaged 12miles of walking every day. We only drove the car once during the entire week. The condo is beautiful inside but the absolute best part is the large patio. It's roughly 20' by 20' and surrounded by flowers, palm trees, and bushes. It's very private and shaded. When we weren't walking/biking, we were on the patio. The hosts are wonderful people and very accommodating. This was our 2nd time staying at this condo and we will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the condo and the location. The outside patio is very pleasant, and the condo itself is very comfortable. The owner, Patti, was available to give me an initial tour of the condo and its amenities, and also to provide suggestions on where to eat and what there is to do in Naples. Very much enjoyed!

This condo is perfectly located for access to downtown Naples restaurants and shops(5th Ave. S and 3rd St S). It is a short walk to the beach, where you can walk for miles or just sit and relax. The condo itself is well appointed, well stocked to get you started (TP, shampoo, ..., Coffee and filters, Clorox wipes, etc) Absolutely lovely patio, with views of a small pond. The owners were so easy to work with and quickly responded to inquiries during our visit. Everything in the condo worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

From check in to departure my stay was perfect. Patti is very kind and responsive. The location is such that unless one just wants a car it is not needed. I walked to the beach, 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, the grocery store(did take an Uber back to condo) and don't feel I missed a thing. If one needs transportation it is easy to arrange via Uber, a local trolley (Singh, I believe is the name) and taxi. The condo is tastefully decorated, kitchen well equipped, outdoor patio just as it looks in the picture. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, safe vacation home.

My wife and I had a great time in this cute little 1 bed condo. Everything was clean and up to date. The patio is awesome and it is so close to everything. We walked all over and took great bike rides with the bikes that are with the unit. Lots of little things provided that made the time easier and really comfortable. Loved the place and hated to leave!

The host went above and beyond in every way. The condo was immaculate and had everything you could need. The location was perfect. I walked to the beach, 5th Ave, and around the beautiful neighborhood. A short drive from pretty much everything. Highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with the condo, the location, and our overall experience. From booking to check-out, clear information was provided by the owner, and communication was always prompt and friendly. The unit itself was sparkling clean, in great condition, and well stocked with everything (and more) one would need, including extra cleaning supplies for these pandemic times. The patio was a lovely and roomy outdoor space to have a cocktail on, and the bikes were great for exploring the neighborhood. It's a huge plus that it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again! Thanks, Patti & Bruce!

I am still thinking about the amazing time we had. So relaxing ! The place is perfect, just like in the pictures. Very clean, it has everything you need to be very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. We walked to the beach, we walked at night to the 5th Ave where all the restaurants and little stores are. Patti has 2 bikes that we were able to use and ride in the entire neighborhood. Patti is very caring, she was waiting for us and guided us through everything. She texted us next morning to ask if we were ok and if we need anything to ask her ! We really felt amazing and had a very great time. The worse part was to leave, we wanted to stay longer. We will definitely come back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at this peaceful comfortable condo, did not want to leave! The condo is clean and comfortable, safe and quiet. The outside area Is private and so beautifully planted! There are many birds and ducks on property that are a joy to watch. Spent lots of time reading and relaxing out there. Parking is close to the unit so unloading and unpacking is a breeze. The owner is absolutely lovely and kind, very attentive and truly interested in providing a great experience for the renter! I have stayed in 15 or 20 vrbos at the point and this one was EXACTLY as advertised and wonderful! Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at this property was great. She is a great host. Super responsive. The bicycles needed a tune up which she got done very quickly. She texted that she found my medication after we left and immediately mailed it to me. The property can't be beat for location and having all you need. Would highly recommend and rebook.

Our stay in this clean, cute, and comfortable condo couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed (and more) was provided. The location is ideal for walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our hosts, Patti and Bruce, made this rental easy and pleasant from start to finish. We look forward to staying in Little Gem again.
