We liked that the cabin was fairly new and was clean when we arrived. The view from the cabin was very nice. We liked having the convenience of plenty of bedrooms for the number of people we had on our mountain trip. Please take seriously the list of repairs that need to be made. It would have made this day much more enjoyable.

Not handicap assessable. No TV downstairs. Basement smelled like sewer. Vent fan over stove did not work, basement light flickered like a strobe light. It was very difficult for older couple to get up and down stairs with one hand rail. Gas grill had no gas and all knobs were turned on. We had planned an entire meal around grilling. Basement bath tub needs handicap rails or some mat in the tub to keep from being so slippery. Several people had written in the Guest book things that needed to be repaired. We left a list of things needing repair also. Please have owner of cabin read comments guest leave in order to receive an exceptional rating. Other than having these things repaired it was a beautiful cabin and very clean. The road getting to the cabin was very treacherous, but we realize we are in the mountains. God bless you!

Hot tub was great & kids enjoyed the pool table, if not for those items we would have left.

The floors was dirty, trundle bed was broke, vent fan or light n bathroom didnt work. Only 1 extra roll of toilet paper for 8 people. The smell horrible downstairs!!!! Tub so slick downstairs.

The property was as advertised and enjoyable to use.

It would have been helpful if the property has an iron available for use.
