Nice little gym and clothes washing facilities

Toilet doesn't flush properly, noisy, dirty, poor customer service, internet slow and keeps dropping connection. They were supposed to refund a holding deposit, but have instead charged it, even though the room was fine. Now in dispute with bank and hotel to get refund. Don't waste your time nor money staying here.

The location is excelent the staff was amazing. The cleanliness also was great.

The bed is too small the bathroom also too small. I saw some roaches in the room.

Good location

The description states that the "apartment" is 50m² but it's only about 20m². The bed is small. Good for one person but not two. Toilet seat was broken and apart from the lobby the whole thing is shabby. The worst value for the price (45usd) I've had for my travels in Santo Domingo.

Nice hotel with small apartment that have everything you need. It's clean and conveniently located.

Problems checking in and checking out. At arrival, there was no one at the reception and the hotel was closed, even though I sent a message about my late arrival (which they replied one day after I arrived) and Booking confirmed that the reception would be open. Luckily for me the uber driver found a number and called them. They sent the security agent to do my check-in. It's not his job and despite the direction by phone he didn't manage to make me pay. It took me 30 minutes to get my room. At check-out again there was no one at the reception. The security agent was then handling my check-out. I did not keep my receipt for the deposit. And same again, it took them 20 minutes to handle it.

Location is central, facilities are excellent, it is home away from home

All of the Staff are amazing, they are lovely and they are always helpful. I fell so welcomed when I come back to the apartment.
