Condo was great. Very roomy. Great views. Parking is limited. We had three cars in the 4 bedroom condo and had tobpark one off site.

We had the best time on our recent trip to Daytona Beach Shores!! The condo we stayed in made our trip even better. This unit is huge and well laid out. It is extremely clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Even the mattresses in the bedrooms are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The views from the balcony are stunning. The owner provided special touches that made our vacation special. There were beach chairs, sand toys, a tent, and boogie boards available for us to use. This was so nice and really saved us some extra money. There was even a sign in the laundry room welcoming us to use their detergent. Those little touches made this place one I’d love to rent again! I would recommend this place to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

What a beautiful place! We have been going to Daytona Beach for over 30 years and staying at another resort. Their pool wasn’t ready, so we found Sanibel Resort. Unfortunately, we found out a few weeks before we came that their pool wouldn’t be ready either, but we decided to keep our reservation and were beyond happy that we did. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the beach access through the parking garage was perfect! Our kids and grandkids stayed in the unit with us and we had an awesome week on the beach! We also loved the privacy and security of the building. As many memories as we have at our former condo, we loved everything about Sanibel and can’t wait to come back!

The owner is very responsive and kind. The view and location are amazing. Bedding was comfy. Everything you need is there. Once you figure out the garage/elevator system its easy to get in and out. Property feels very safe, location is great and tenants are super friendly. Very well maintained. The pool area was damaged by last years storm but well under way of being repaired. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We had a really great time, even though the building had damage to the pool and hot tub area making it unusable. The beach was great, and the area had fun things to go do! Hoping to have the chance to stay again and have the pool and hot tub to enjoy!

It was an amazing experience Dennis was great from check in to check out, we where very sad that the hurricane took out the pool but we still enjoyed the beach. The place is so clean and now that we are home we miss the waves crashing in the am!

This property was just like the pictures ! It’s so spacious and fit 8 people just fine, it has a nice open layout with a huge sectional! The beds was so comfy, every condo I’ve stayed in doesn’t compare ! They even have extra beach towels for you to use which was a plus ! I’ll definitely be staying in this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were beautiful. Check in, check out were a breeze. Plenty of dishes and cooking equipment for preparing meals. Big screen TV and available streaming was appreciated..

Relaxing Oceanside Retreat
Another wonderful summer week at Sanibel 204! The property has great accommodations with relaxing furniture and comfortable beds. The location is perfect to the beach and Daytona attractions.

Thanks for a great vacation! From the easy access to the beach to the spacious and clean condo filled with a great variety of necessities, vacation could not have been any better. The balcony view was awesome! Everything within the condo worked and was in great condition. Also liked the security features on the property which kept non-residents from using and destroying the available amenities. Thanks again for providing a great stay. We’ll be back!!

Everything was fantastic with the property. Clean, well stocked, close to the beach. We loved it! My only knock would be that while renters get two spaces, only one space is reserved and the other is first come first serve. Definitely appreciate the owner’s attempt to help us coordinate parking during the busy week we visited.

We loved the condo. It was great having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We really enjoyed the space. The washer and dryer was used every day. First time coming home from a week at the beach with no dirty clothes for anyone.

Condo was nice. Entry to the beach was closed due to construction most of the time so getting to the beach was more difficult carrying all of our chairs and other supplies.

Great Experience
As a three generation family of six this was a perfect location and condo. Grandpa had his own bedroom with his own bathroom as did my husband and I. My adult children had their own rooms as well. Beautiful views from the balcony and just steps to the sand.

Good, Bad and Ugly
The good: The condo building is in a great location and appears to be well taken care of; the layout of the condo unit is great (fourth bedroom modification).
The bad: The condition of the unit can best be described as well worn. The towels and bedding is what one expect in a two star hotel; fifteen year old carpets; most of the furniture needs to be replaced (caution when sitting on the sectional - you're going down); the appliances need to be replaced (the freezer was full of frost, the washing machine was very noisy). Three of the six lights above the master bathroom vanity did not light.
The ugly: The owner failed to disclose that the pool and spa would be closed during most of our stay (8 of 11 days). The owner quickly responded to emails; but, was all talk and no action. The unit needs a lot of attention. A fifteen year old rental condo that has been well used and is in need of a major upgrading.

Simply Amazing
The property was amazing. Everything from the process of booking the unit, to arrival and departure. It was my husband, 3 girls (13, 9 and 6) plus my parents and not once did we feel on top of each other. Plenty of seating space in the living room and dining room. The condo was beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely breathtaking. I would come for that alone. Anything you might need grocery store, restaurants, arcades, ice cream shops are all within 5 minutes of the condo. Thanks for sharing your amazing place with us. We will be back.

Amazing view!
We absolutely loved staying here! Plenty of space for a large family. Having the pool and beach items already there was so helpful. The pictures do not do justice, the view is amazing! The only thing that I didn’t like is that you don’t get any cell service in most of the rooms. We will be booking this condo again.

Great Property & Location
Wonderful condo in a good location. The unit was as described and well appointed with anything you could need. The owners were pleasant and responded quickly to questions; they also provided additional helpful information on the area, including local restaurants and attractions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Sanibel condominiums 204, the condo was very nice and plenty of room and furnished with all our needs, we would definitely stay again in the future.
