We had a great time at this house! There was 11 of us 55ish women and everyone enjoyed their stay. We loved that there was a big living area with comfortable couches for all of us to gather. The beds were huge and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We spent one night circled around the fire pit, drinking wine and enjoying the outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Property was very conveniently located to Main St. shops & restaurants. The home was very accommodating for our group of 10 to spread out. Patio and fire pit made for an entertaining night. Linda was available and very helpful prior to and throughout our stay. Would easily choose to return for another stay.

We had a wonderful, celebratory stay with our extended family. The accommodations were just as described. There was plenty of room to spread out in smaller groups for visiting, or just catch a few z’s. It was so close to Main St., making it easy to stroll downtown for shopping or to get a bite. Linda, our hostess, also left a delicious coffee cake for us that everyone enjoyed. 👍

This property was perfect for our group! Roomy well-stocked kitchen, great table for games, plenty of seating in living area. The 5 king beds were comfortable, and four full baths were great! It's a great location and we felt safe. The host even provided us with a yummy dessert! We loved it so we have it booked for next year!

The property was everything that we saw online and even more just a very comfortable feel we had 10 guests and it was just plenty of room for all of us really close to downtown HEB a couple blocks away it was just really really good. Property management was so easy when we had a question beforehand they answered it right away will definitely be staying at this location again sometime!

We stay here everytime we come to Fredericksburg. The house is in a great location close to the shops and restaurants on Main St., it's homey and very well maintained, has a great floorplan and number of bedrooms/bathrooms for a big family (and/or more than one family to share), and Linda is an exceptional host. We highly recommend The Legacy Inn and Loft!!

Party of 10 on our annual Fredericksburg trip. Property was well kept, everything was perfect when we arrived. The Host (Linda) had even left a delicious cinnamon swirl Bundt cake along with chocolate ice cream. The kitchen was well set up with everything needed. Beds and pillows were exceptional. Convenient and easy access to everything. Just 2 blocks off main. We walked everywhere. Can't say enough good things about this property. Will definitely be back next year

This house was perfect for my sisters bachelorette. Slept all 10 of us comfortably with room for more. Arrived to a clean, spacious, and well furnished home with fresh baked goods and everything you could need in the home. 10-15 minute walk to main strip which was perfect. Perfect house for a large group getaway in Fredericksburg.

Oh my gosh. Linda thought of everything! There was coffee, waters, cream, sugar, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner!!! A cake. And, she immediately followed up with me! We could walk 2 blocks and shop on Main. We sat outside. Beautiful neighborhood! The very best VRBO ever.

The beds area AMAZING!!! The cake left by the owner was fabulous and super sweet touch it was sooo yummy with my coffee.
We had a group of 10, the home was VERY comfortable for all of us. Plenty of bath space, plenty of pillow towels etc.
Location is walkable to fun, couldn’t have had a better spot. Outdoor space was ideal and plenty of parking for our group.

I rented the place with a group of friends for a weekend getaway and the place was amazing! The online pics don’t do the place justice. It is super, everything about it was great. Highly recommend and will stay there again if I need a place to accommodate a large group.

Linda is spectacular! The house felt like home. What a beautiful place to gather and enjoy both the present and the past. We have been coming to Oktoberfest for over 20 years. Along the way we have made so many memories that live on and we continue to make new ones. Our tradition continues. Time spent here is good for the soul. Priceless

This house was and is amazing!! It was perfect for our large group! Perfect location when visiting Fredericksburg!! The house was super clean and roomy!! Communication was great as well! All in all I’d stay here again next time I’m in town! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

This property was absolutely wonderful! Linda made sure we had everything we needed and was very quick at answering questions. Everything was very comfortable and top notch quality. April Family Wedding
We were a group of eight adults staying 4 nights in Fredericksburg. We all said that this was one of the BEST VRBO's that we had ever stayed at. It was fully equipped and stocked for our every need. There was nothing that we could want for. Linda was an absolutely magnificent host! The home was beautiful. She even surprised us with a homemade cake! Cannot say enough great things about Linda and our experience. Will definitely be staying there again when we visit the Fredericksburg area. Thank you Linda for a wonderful experience!
