Great location, comfortable, extremely clean condo!

This property was just outstanding. Great views, Big rooms, including kitchen, dining, master, great room, entrance and laundry room. The place was clean with good size bath towels and beach towels galore. The dining room table was very big and my only minor complaint was the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. We play lots of card games! Thank you owners.

Gayle did not miss a beat. Loved the communication and attention to details throughout the condo. The condo is close enough to walk to Flagler Ave for dining. Though if you choose to cook you will have everything you need. Great space for families to gather or to have their space to rest. We are looking for to enjoying our time at this great condo again soon!!!

Looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay - It's here! Check in was easy with the detailed communication that Gayle gave. She was attentive and a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the furnishings were beautiful. This complex has beach access and garage parking. Five stars all around!

We have actually stayed in this condo building before and love this area. This is a wonderful beach front condo. We loved the location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well as an access point/beach entry one street over. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained with all the essentials a family would need for a weeks stay. We truly enjoyed our family vacation and will definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. We were on the top floor, so we had a good view and plenty of privacy. The beach there is wonderful. Very wide, fine sand for walking, biking, or just sun-bathing. We had a small problem with our Internet and the owners, very nice folks from Michigan, were wonderful in helping us out. We would definitely come back to this unit!

Very nice and very attentive host

Our stay in New Smyrna Beach was perfect! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Gayle was a great host and very responsive to all my questions. I’m already trying to find a time that we can go back. The whole area was such a “hidden gem”. Some of the best food that I’ve ever eaten was a short walk from the house. You don’t even need a car.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! Spacious with plenty of room for our family of five. Nice furnishings and decor made it very comfortable. The view from the Oceanside balcony was mesmerizing! The location is within walking distance to the Flagler restaurants and shops. The complex was quite quiet while we were there which was nice. Beach is great for walking and driving. Host was excellent communicating when we had questions! She even brought us Easter cookies! Would highly recommend this property!

Great location- on the beach and walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset. Gayle was a great host- very attentive and helpful!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was very close to the on ramp to drive on the beach and we loved that since we drove on the beach every day. And, it was within walking distance to Flagler Avenue. Owner was a pleasure to work with and very communicative. We will be coming back!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious, right on the beach, and in a great location for walking to Flagler Ave. The property owner was very nice. I would definitely recommend this condo and property owner to anyone!

The condominium and its location were beautiful and convenient. The building is on the beach and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. The unit is spacious and private, and the building itself has only about 20 units, so we never felt crowded. Not only was the unit’s decor and view very calming and restful, but it was equipped very well - the owners went well beyond the basics, providing a full range of good quality kitchen gear and utensils, towels sheets etc. in excellent condition, baby furniture, and even a great selection of beach toys and gear. Overall, it is a great cut above what we typically see in a rental condo. We are already planning to stay there again and definitely recommend it.

The villa was wonderful! Enough room for our family to feel at home. Gayle is a great owner/ host and checked in on us as well as had recommendations on great places to eat. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed the week of July 17 through July 24, 2021. We had an awesome time. The condo was very roomy and spacious. Our family had enough space to spread out and not be right on top of each other. Gayle was a great hostess. She even left us a sweet welcome note and a yummy bottle of wine. There were lots of beach toys and accessories. Everything we needed to make our stay just right. The condo is also located within walking distance of the beach as well restaurants and beach shops. Would highly recommend and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great Location, Great Building, Great Condo Unit. Love it!

This was a VERY nice and VERY clean condo. We’ve stayed many places in NSB over the years, and this one is a great place. We pretty much had the pool and hot tub to ourselves all week and did lots of fishing on the beach. Pools and hot tub were very clean as well. We especially loved its close proximity to Flagler. My brother loved being able to walk to Flagler and eat at the awesome restaurants. We’ve never stayed on the public beach, but didn’t mind the cars on the beach at all. Being close to Flagler was worth it. The unit had a great view of the ocean and was on the 4th floor. The elevator and luggage carts made loading and unloading very easy. You get one parking space in the garage below and one outside parking space. That was great since we had two cars. It was a great week. Gayle was very nice and was quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the week. We had a few concerns though. First, the back two bedrooms did not cool off as much as we would have liked at night. There was a noticeable difference in temperature from the master bedroom and the back two bedrooms. It was not unbearable for my parents and siblings, but less cool than they like it when they are at home. We tried turning the air down more and closing vents that we were not using at night, but it didn’t seem to help. Also, if you choose to rent this condo, just know that you will need to wash all linens and towels before you leave. This is different than any place we’ve ever stayed in NSB. We’ve always been able to leave the bedding dirty and leave 1 load of dirty towels. But here, you have to wash ALL linens or you will be charged $25 a load. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The owners also supply a storage lockers with chairs, beach toys, cooler etc. Owners also live in the building so they can help with anything. When we arrived, the owner gave us homemade cookies and a bottle of wine. Highly recommend staying here.The only negative thing is the master bed is very soft.

The condo was so nice and just perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to be together or slip away to a cozy porch to be quiet. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot since we were trying to be safe with covid. The condo was spotless!! The owners were so gracious and kind. We hope to go back.

We were originally booked to go to Gulf Shores with our family including twin toddlers when Hurricane Sally cancelled our trip. A day before our trip we were able to book this condo. Gayle was so great and we actually ended up meeting her husband and son too! The condo was beautiful and very clean. They had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, not to mention they’re just great people. This condo also has everything! We will be back here again for sure. There is a crib and pack n play, beach chairs, tons of toys, pool floats, fishing poles, a tent for the beach, and tons of beach towels, etc. Thanks again so much for a great trip!!

We have been to New Smyrna one other time years ago, loved it, but this trip was even better than the first. Planning a trip during a pandemic comes with its uncertainties; but Gayle made the process super stress free and easy from the time of booking, until the time we left. She was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to answer any questions. The condo itself was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN. It has everything you need including a crib for little ones. Everything works, the view is beautiful, and the security makes you feel safe. The pool was so refreshing, and the beaches are nice and wide so you never felt crowded. The condo is within walking distance to Flagler avenue making it a prime spot to stay during your trip. Gayle even provided an organized binder of condo rules, checkout process, and their favorite recommendations for food in the area. We went to many of the recommendations and were always satisfied! This trip was a family trip before my husband gets deployed oversees, and it was just what we needed. My parents accompanied us. They aren’t big travelers but they are already talking about renting this condo for a few weeks at a time one my dad retires; they were so impressed with the unit and New Smyrna in general. We will definitely be back to this condo, it was home away from home for a week, and we are so thankful to Gayle for everything!

This property is amazing. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. You can’t beat the view and the location to the beach and to Flagler Ave is perfect. Gayle is an amazing host and is available anytime for questions. We cannot wait to return for another vacation. It is truly a home away from home.

This is a beautiful, roomy condo with all the perks! Check-in, parking and beach access are very convenient. It's walking distance to Flagler with cute shops, bars and restaurants. New Smyrna has a lot of great dining options only a short drive away. Gayle has an excellent guide available in the unit to steer you in the right direction. The balcony is a great place to hang out almost any time of day (not too hot, great breeze and view) and the pool was never crowded. Access to the owner's storage unit with chairs and other beach "toys" is an added bonus. Gayle is a wonderful host and always available if needed. We very much enjoyed our week at the beach!
