I booked this VRBO for myself, my 85 year old parents and my brother and his wife so that we could attend my niece's highschool graduation. It worked out great for us. The true gem of the house is the backyard with the view and the comfortable seating areas. We did not spend much time at the house due to activities, but it is well located and allowed us the space to gather in the mornings and in the evenings. The kitchen is big and open and is also another great gathering spot. It was enjoyable.

Loved the outdoor seating around the pool. Even though it was a little chilly and we could not use. The pool still enjoyed the property. The only negative that I could think of is the master bed was a little low. So for people who are a little older may be an issue getting in and out of bed. Other than that, everything was well eclip.

Found our VRBO in a nice neighborhood, close to food stores and restaurants. Also near freeway system. Older house but remodeled and updated. Pool was not heated but water was clear and inviting.
Showers worked well and water pressure plentiful.

We were very happy with the property it was close to the show jumping grounds excellent outdoor space to relax at end of the day kitchen was incredible lots of room for us to prepare and enjoy meals. We met the owners they were very helpful and accommodating. Plenty parking good Neighbourhood all amenities close by.

This was a great opportunity to meet with our daughters and several family members as part of traveling to a destination wedding in Aliso Viejo.
This house worked out wonderfully with open living space, lovely outdoor pool and garden surrounded with orange trees.
Our host made sure we knew the details of the property and was pro-actively available to answer questions and give advice.
The house was in nice shape, clean, well equipped with plenty of open space.

We were over in this property for 2wks for my sons 21st Birthday and there had been 8 of us.
Everything was easy with booking and all communication with the property owner.
The property had plenty space for all of us and was at a decent standard.
Rooms were great size and everything we needed was there and available from dishes, cooking utensils, coffee, washing machine and dryer plus lots more.
We had a couple of issues with the plumbing that we had been told by the plumbers were due to needing updated however Mona and her husband were so helpful and responsive and had everything fixed immediately and in no way would this impact our experience and we would still book again!
We loved our time in this beautiful house and have been left with priceless memories!

My wife and I and are four adult children and two significant others had a wonderful time at this property in Mission Viejo. Everything was as advertised, and the owner, Mona, was a pleasure to communicate with. The property was beautiful, well maintained, very clean, and perfect for our needs. I highly recommend!!!

Had a great time with our family. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Only had a few minor issues that the owner promptly took care of. Only thing we would have liked was plastic cups, plates, ect to use outside on the pool deck. We purchased disposable cups, plates, ect so it wasn't a huge deal.

Wonderful Time
This house was perfect for our family who came for a nephew's wedding. House was spacious and immaculate, beds were comfy, house was fully stocked, we couldn't have been happier. Sitting around the pool and having your beautiful landscaping to look at was a special pleasure. We're planning to come again!

Family visit in Mission Viejo
My siblings and I stayed at this property for just about a week and had a comfortable stay. The house was quite conducive for our stay and the location, for us, was great for all our activities. The home has a great open floor plan and outdoor sapce. Although we were early in the season the pool was cold, but not cold enough for us not to enjoy it. The home is in need of a refresh, there are many areas of chipped paint and scuf marks on walls and cabinets. The bedding was rather sub-standard and the pool furniture was worn and faded.
We had an issue with the sink in the kitchen, it had backed up on our last day, but Mona, the owner was always very responsive. Overall the house suited our needs, but not what we had expected from the pictures and price. It has great bones and potential, but could use some refreshing.

Heaven in the Hills
I know most people want to stay at the beach in California, but I LOVE a pool! The house itself was lovely. Clean, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to everything. This was one of the best equipped VRBO homes that I have ever stayed in. The bed was insanely comfortable. The kitchen was loaded with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and spices. Everything you need to make a great meal. The knives were even sharp! It was bliss. Thank you to Mona and family.

Perfect for our family
We recently stayed in this home as we had a baby shower for my daughter-in-law and many of us wanted to stay together for the weekend since we were coming from various locations and states. The house worked out well for us, it was very comfortable, spacious, we had beautiful weather to enjoy the backyard and sit by the pool.
The neighborhood is very quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend this home to anyone considering a stay in the Orange county, Mission Viejo area.

Classmate Reunion
5 classmates from 1970 shared the house with me when we came to Mission Viejo for another classmates 70th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for us; plenty of space, light and airy, well appointed and just a perfect location. The birthday celebration was just a few short miles away which made it easy for us. Because it’s February we didn’t use the pool but it was lovely to have the area outside to soak up a bit of sun. All in all, a wonderful place!

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and so much space for a group of 5 friends. The kitchen is spacious and amazing. It was a little too cool to swim, but we enjoyed the ambience of the pool and having wine outside in the evenings. The location is within 30 to 40 minutes to most popular destinations in Orange County. There are great restaurants less than a mile away. We would definitely come back!

Great Place for a Quiet Family Gathering
It’s a great place for a large gathering of family. But it’s not a party place. We were there for a wedding and it was nice to a calm quiet place after all the festivities. It had plenty of room for all of us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great views. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who has a big family gathering.

Had everything we needed including coffee maker w/ coffee! Great covered deck and of course, an awesome pool with lovely views. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect size for the 2 other couples. Massive master suit. Property manager: Appropriate and timely communication. Readily available via text for minor questions. Check in breeze.If you are going to stay in So. Great House
The owner was lovely, quick to respond and gracious. The house was more than enough for 8 adults and everyone was pleased with the accomodations. Among many great things, it was well situated from the beach communities, John Wayne Airport and even a quick trip into Pasadena. The pool was clean and refreshing and the air-conditioning kept us comfortable during the hot parts of the day. We loved the house and would definitely return!

Hidden Gem
Our stay at this property was excellent. Our family enjoys Mission Viejo and it’s that much better when the property is as expected. Beautiful place and appointed nicely. 4 bathrooms ensured everyone could get ready in comfort. Mona was easy to work with. Definitely recommend this place.

Another wonderful stay
This is our 2nd time staying at this property and our experience was just as wonderful. Everything you need for spending quality time with the family is here, the large kitchen to gather and eat, plenty of beds and bathrooms and the outdoors to sit and enjoy the beautiful pool. Perfect for family getaway
The house is exactly as shown in photos and was perfect for our family getaway. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped which made preparing meals easy, I always found what I was looking for. The spacious downstairs space opens up nicely to the backyard and served as a central gathering space for our family. The bedrooms comfortably accommodated our family of nine. And the kids had a blast hanging out together in the pool.

Enjoyed our stay
This house is very open and spacious. We had come to the area to attend a wedding and we were able to accommodate our family members and the occasional guests that dropped by. Lots of indoor/outdoor living space. We enjoyed our evening dinners under the covered patio. Great place for entertaining and/or just relaxing. Mona let us know when the pool cleaner was coming and was great at communicating with us.

Great Escape
This beautiful home was just the escape we needed in the midst of Covid. The house was immaculate and the owner/ manager delightful. It was our first VRBO experience and I can only hope the other experiences live up to this one. Thank you!
