Place is located in quiet neighborhood. We didn't rent a car - so a bit of a walk everyday into town. Beds were very comfortable. There were 4 of us that stayed at the place - a bit tight for 4 - deal for 2! Helped having the outdoor shower with 4 people.

We enjoyed our unique stay at this sweet little cottage. The cottage slept 4 with 2 in the loft and 2 on the flip down couch. It has a kitchen and indoor and outdoor shower. It is as listed and pictured. It is snug and cozy and we made great memories!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was great, close enough to town but far enough away to be very quiet. Owner was very friendly and communicative.

This was the most cutest place that I could’ve ever chosen! Not only was it perfectly appointed with cottage like linens and dishes, it was immaculately clean. It is also very close to the main town which is only had 12 minute walk. Or he was super helpful with any questions I had. I stayed with my husband and my two teenage children. They did not want to share a bed as there are only two so Lori ordered a blowup mattress for us! I felt like I had been transported to a different place! It was absolutely beautiful I highly recommend this property! Also, if I had a question, Lori was very quick to reply! Our stay was magnificent!

My family (wife and two young daughters) stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in mid June. The property is pristine. The inside is exactly what you see in pictures. It's very small, but we know that from the listing. MV isnt a place you want to spend much time indoors anyway. We brought our bikes, which was great because the house is just under a mile from the center of town. Our girls made a little nest up in the loft and seemed to love it. My wife and I slept on the opened futon downstairs and it was fine. Just needed to close it up each day. Loved the outdoor shower! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Away from traffic and quiet, yet a easy walk to restaurants and shops. The access road is a block from Tonys Market for supplies. Outdoor space feels private too.
The place has everything we needed for cooking up breakfast. The ladder to the loft is taller and steeper than I expected, but well secured had extra handles. My husband and I slept up there on a super comfortable mattress. We have 2 teenagers and used the extra inflatable mattress for a third bed. We loved the outdoor shower. Fans and airconditioning were set for a cool arrival.
Host was responsive helpful and kind.

Property manager was very helpful, cottage was very clean, welcoming, comfortable. It was nice to be away from the crowd but only a short walk to town. Great time!

Loved the property. Small but very well-appointed,& comfortable. Owner Lori is delightful to work with and very helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Cottage is clean, well-stocked with TP, Paper towels, cleaning and laundry supplies, fresh sheets and towels. It was the perfect space for our Mother/daughter trip.

Adorable and comfortable cottage. Conveniently located within walking distance to center of Oak Bluffs and Hyline ferry. Great market, Tony’s, a short walk away. Lori was always available for any questions and made us feel welcome upon arrival. Highly recommend

A very pretty, comfortable, clean cottage, with a very nice yard, in a great location on Martha’s Vineyard - a short walk to the center of Oak Bluffs, the ferry, and several nature preserves - I had a very enjoyable week there, exploring the island, relaxing, reading, practicing on my electric piano I’d brought along - Lori, the owner is very nice, easy to get in touch with, concerned to make everything pleasant - thanks Lori!

Lori’s place is very quaint. She was exceptionally helpful with check in and check out and was available at all times to reach if any questions I would highly recommend her place. It’s very quiet and a great spot to unwind and she’s incredibly sweet as well .

The cottage was small but had everything we needed. Clean, safe quiet and very cozy. Great outdoor deck for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Walking distance to town perfect. Dirt road but we didn’t mind that. Location A+ Loved the sleeping loft and also the outdoor shower. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend 💙🇺🇸

Our family with older teens had a wonderful stay in ‘The Cottage’! It’s petite but has everything you need and the kitchen and bathroom are plenty spacious. Loved the outdoor shower…really helps with getting ready and coming from beach. The actual cottage was very clean and well kept. The grounds needed some landscape trimming and the grass was a bit long. We also had a challenge upon arrival as keybox code provided by Vrbo was not correct and thankfully owner provided her cell # and responded immediately. Glad as well we had a jeep as the access road in to the neighborhood was a pretty bumpy dirt road. Everything was really great! Thank you. The Flanz Family

We had a wonderfully amazing time. Me, my daughter and her 2 sons ages 4 and 5. We went to the beach every day and then either went out for dinner ir barbecued on the gas grill in the yard. Lori was available for any questions i had. The cottage is lovely. Want to go back every year.

This cottage is right out of a fairytale. It is so quaint, cozy, and the perfect amount of space for me and my dad to share. The cottage had everything we needed and a market close by for food items. The charming cottage is in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to get to from the ferry and Oak Bluffs center. Lori is so sweet and she was so easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns. I can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect for us! Came in on bikes and very easy from VH ferry and Oak Bluffs downtown . Tony’s market was a stones throw. Edgartown was 25 minutes by bike. Enjoyable low stress weekend. House was perfect for us

My girlfriends completely enjoyed staying in this adorable cottage. The three of us met on the Vineyard way back in 1989. We were all working at the Atlantic Connection and Seasons which are no longer around. I was a waitress, my friend worked in the kitchen and my other friend was the assistant manager. This cozy cottage was perfect for our girls weekend. Lori is a great host and communication was easy. Close to town yet private. Walk to Tony's Market for anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I traveled solo for this trip so this was a perfect place for me. It’s small but very functional, good size bathroom with well stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable and it was very clean upon my arrival.

This place was perfect for our 3-night stay! We walked to town and the beach daily and was very easy. It had everything we needed and more. The cottage was very comfortable and the host was great! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely perfect!

We had a lovely time at the property. It's a super charming home base to explore the island. It's maybe a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Oak Bluffs, which is great so you don't have to take the car in. We would definitely return.

This cottage was thoughtfully appointed and made for a friction free vacation. The location was ideal for us as it’s at the far end of the charming grounds of Cottage City, making the daily walk to town incredibly beautiful and engaging. Great communication with host - though we didn’t need a thing during our visit.

The property was exactly as advertised. Small, adorable and close to downtown Oak Bluffs. We had a car, but you could easily walk to town and the beach if not. The cottage had everything you would need from towels, to dishes, to a small coffee pot as well as a Keurig. The outside shower came in handy as did the washer/dryer.
