Everything was perfect

The 2 bedroom condo is large and comfortable. There are plenty of supplies for the kitchen and beach. It is a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I love the large lanai and pass through kitchen. The master is large and comfortable. The second bedroom of two twins is great for kids, however the entire complex has only shuttered doors on the 2nd bedroom so sound travels both ways. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back again.

Thank you for the smooth experience. Our family enjoyed the stay. Breakfast and dinner on the patio outside was quite a treat, especially during the sunset. On the day of checking out, Maui was hit with really heavy rain. Heading to the airport soaking wet is not the best experience. The cleaning staff arrived sharp when we were checking out and gave us an umbrella to get to and from car. It was really nice and thoughtful. I really appreciate it. Thank you!

We recently stayed at this location for spring break. It was a great complex. very close walking distance to beaches and shops. the only down side was that the air conditioner (which works great!) was really loud when it was on. that was the only negative. The deck and bbq were great for enjoying meals at night and coffee in the morning. I highly recommend early morning walks(runs) down to Ulua beach and then use the 2 mile walk way down to Polo beach. The property had a great rolling cooler (which is great for beach days) and chairs. There is an umbrella (but it was broken when we arrived, so limited use). There was a boogie board. also beach towels. All these items made our beach treks (which we drove to, in order to carry everything) very enjoyable. the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable!! Firm (for those who have back issues), which we appreciated. The wi-fi and cable were not working when we first tried them. we emailed Bonnie and she immediately solved the problem! Very thankful for that. we will consider staying here again in the future. Thank you Bonnie.

My kids and I had a wonderful time staying at Bonnie’s condo this past week. The view from the large window in the living room revealed the beauty of the ocean including seeing a few whales! The beaches were a little further than expected, but definitely worth the 15-20min walk down, especially for the stunning sunsets. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

We loved our stay here. This unit is located on the second floor with stairs and parking out front. It is a 20 minute walk downhill to the nearby Keawakapu beach, and we had a beautiful oceanview from the main window. Walking up hill would be challenging for someone with any mobility issues, but wasn't an issue for us. The condo and kitchen were well appointed, spacious and suited our family of 4 including 2 young adult children. We didn't require the pull out couch but it is available for larger parties. The washing machine wasn't working during our stay as a part needed to be ordered - however someone came by several times to take a look at it and every effort was made to work on it. We made a trip to a nearby laundromat, and we were just fine. The beds were very comfortable, however, one suggestion is that the pillows be replaced along with the sheets in the main bedroom. This is a small item and didn't impact our stay in any way. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The owner was helpful providing us with emailed beach and restuarant suggestions. We used the barbeque once and it worked great. We also enjoyed the large lanai. Thankyou for a great stay - we would recommend to anyone looking for quiet and tranquility in a beautiful neighborhood. The property had so many beautiful flowers including a plumeria tree right beside the entrance stairs. No one was ready to go home. We had a great time! Mahalo nui!

unit in great shape. Just didn't understand why we had to wash sheets if used on the sofa bed (shouldn't it be part of the cleaning charge? We had 6 people in our unit.

Beautiful grounds and loved the unit. The pool does not allow jumping or Marco Polo... definitely would not recommend with young kids. However, they also don't allow alcohol (and do monitor and enforce) so it isn't too adult-friendly either. Assuming we weren't interested in pool time, would come back. However, that's a big piece of what we enjoy when in Hawaii.

This condo was in a beautiful location, very clean, and had everything my family of 5 needed for a beach trip. We loved the beach chairs/umbrella. There is a lovely view of the beach from the condo, and it is a quick drive to many beaches. The owner was quick to answer our questions. We had a wonderful stay here and would come back.

We had a great stay here. Everything was in perfect condition and the property included everything that we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was very easy the whole way through. The location is near championship golf courses, a couple of blocks from the shore (recommend to drive, its a long couple of blocks and uphill on the way back) but very beautiful and very quiet. One of our better vacation rental bookings and a family favorite. Would gladly stay here again next time we are in Maui.

Plenty of lounge chairs (35+), bathrooms, tables in shade, book library, refrigerator, sink, coaches for comfy sunset viewing. The hot tub is large & is actually kept hot enough to be called a hot tub (many are not). And a short 2 min drive to our favorite beach/public parking off the Mana Kai (Keawakapu beach). You could also walk to Keawakapu. If your reading reviews and you notice owner does not want AC turned lower then 72 and this gives you pause, don't worry. You won't need to turn it that low. 74 was as low as I ever needed it, and often turned it off. Full body walk-in shower w/5 heads is fabulous. Lani has Weber BBQ which worked great. Not perfect place for 2 couples. Second bedroom not private enough for second couple in my opinion. Great for 2 singles to share condo or for couple with kids or for couple who want option of 2 bedrooms. We'll stay again.

This property is well kept, spacious with room for everyone indoors and out. Walking distance to a great beach but we often drove to our favourites. They go above and beyond by having supplies of all the little extras amenities (garbage bags, dish/laundry/hand soaps, bath tissues, paper towels etc). The beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and boogie boards made days at the beach seamless. Will definitely look to stay at Bonnie’s when we return to South Maui

This property is in a fantastic location between Kihei and Wailea and it’s a short walk to the beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The lanai is large and appointed with a dining table and a sitting area. Some of the furniture could use a little refresh but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the shampoo and conditioner but no need for the little baggy - just an unnecessary extra that is not good for the environment. Access to recycling on site would be appreciated (for paper, plastic and cardboard).

Located in Wailea, this condo location is beautiful and more quiet than Kihei with plenty of great restaurants. There is an ocean view through palm trees out the front picture window, and one can walk to the beach through a circuitous path through parking lots. Another owner said turtles are plentiful and can be seen daily in the little bay in front of the complex. The one big negative is that the owner does not allow you to set the A/C cooler than 76 degrees or else the coolant lines will freeze and you will be charged $175. There was plenty of space in the condo for two adults and two pre-teen kids. The pool does not allow any blow up toys or any tossing of balls (which is nice for people without kids) and the pool area remains nicely quiet.

Nice condo although when staying here you should know a couple of things. Pool is awesome, however it closes at 6 pm and you are not allowed alcohol at pool. The condo is in a great location. The listing says brand new remodeled. It is NOT brand new. Aging and dents on appliances. You should also know that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioning down below 76°. It states it will freeze up and you will have to pay $175 fee for it to be fixed. It gets hot in this condo. The tile is nice in main area. The kitchen coutertops were nice as well. The furniture is in need of a desperate cleaning. There was thick dust in corners on decor. The owner was very responsive.

Enjoyed our time here in Maui. There's many places to stay on the island and this seem to be the best location for us as we were traveling everywhere. The house was clean. The amenities were perfect. The whole process of checking in and out were a breeze. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. There was a total of 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child) and it was the perfect size.

it was great! excellent location. great view of ocean in the dining room. host was very nice and responsive. food cabinet was well stocked. we found everything we need to cook dinner. host and prior guests very nicely left drinks and unused/fresh food. feels like home. my friends all loved to gather in my house as it's spacious. some good puzzle games are provided too.
