The rental and property is great. Gated community that is well kept. Pool and dicks were great. Unfortunately there was a hurricane and our guests had to cancel. We did purchase insurance but that apparently didn't cover hurricane warnings. Otherwiae this is a great rental for large families.

This unit has everything you need and the location is superb!

This was our 4th trip to the Keys and 2nd time staying at Anglers Reef. We can't say enough about how great Steve's place is. The views from every room and the wrap around porches were amazing! We spent most evenings on the porch, cocktail in hand, enjoying the view and the breeze. The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender etc. There is a gas grill, pool toys and a handy bait freezer outside. We also rented the boat slip along with the house. Dock steps are right in front of the house. Steve was great about communicating info about the house, checking in & out, Anglers Reef and the Islamorada area! He even sent some great Rum punch recipes! We will definitely be back & hopefully Steve's place will be available!

We were very happy to have booked this property. It’s at a great location, it looks like the largest home at Anglers Reef. We were a few feet from the dock where my son would fish daily. There were kayaks available which we used 3 or 4 times. It was walking distance from a few restaurants. The home was great with everything you would need on a vacation. The communication with the owner was great. First class home.

This was our second trip to Anglers Reef, and our first time at this home. We had a great experience from booking to checkout. The property was exactly as we had expected, and everything was clean, well maintained, and stocked. We loved time on the deck spaces in both the morning and evening. We loved the gated, quiet neighborhood. The pool area is great with beautiful views. March is very windy in the Keys, but we were still able to fish, sit on the beach, and get some scuba diving in with Islamorada Dive Center, just down the road. Overall a great experience and we we surely book here again!

Great location and porches

We loved anglers reef! Our house was right on the water and equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed having a boat dock, kayaks and a nice pool complex. We would definitely stay there again.

Steve's place was exactly as described and perfect for our winter getaway. Layout was great for our family and in-laws. Great pool and community amenities. Steve was a great host. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific experience at Angler’s Reef and this property. It was completely as advertised. The house is very clean, up-to-date, and in the best location within the community. The beach and pool were well maintained, quiet, and terrific for our family. We would definitely come back!

This property is going to be really hard to beat! This unit is closest to the water and just a few steps away from fishing right off the dock, which we did almost everyday. The community paddleboards and kayaks are great for exploring the shallow waters right off the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked, though we didn’t do much cooking this week. The appliances are in great condition, a nice big Viking fridge and a washer/dryer with a surprisingly large capacity for a stacked unit! Plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Publix is SO conveniently close that we made numerous stops throughout the week. Also very close to Theater of the Sea, multiple restaurants, and marinas for boat excursions. The property is clean, well kept, and hopefully we will be able to return soon! Thank you, Steve and Pat, for a fantastic week at your place!

House is nice, boat slip was too far from house though, very tiring moving stuff back and forth daily. Easy ocean access and the grand kids really enjoyed the pool.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. They provide everything you need and then some for a perfect vacation. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the porch and watch the sunrise, stargaze and look at the ocean. The pool is very nice. Overall it’s a wonderful community and great place to vacation.

Our one months stay at 140 was paradise! We loved the house and everything about it. Communication with the owner was top notch, house was fully equipped with all the essentials and could not have asked for a better experience. We will return!!

This is an excellent property that is almost rather keep to myself. The communication with the owner was timely and courteous and made our stay seamless and efficient. The house and the development itself are very nice and the location couldn’t be better. Sitting on the porch with the views of the Atlantic aren’t easy to come by and worth every penny. We rented a boat for the week so having access to dockage worked out great. The kids loved the pool and the on-site property manager was very helpful even with things like assuring our lines were secure for the changing tides. I would very much recommend this property.

This was our second stay at Angler's Reef and our first time at Steve's beautiful house. We needed a larger space. The whole process was effortless and Steve (the owner) was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. Steve also provided a helpful Welcome book that answered any house questions. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a big group. The house has big wrap around porches on both the first and second floor with plenty of porch seating for all. We spent hours each night on the upper porch watching the stars and water. Can't wait to return!

Best vacation on the best property! Couldn’t have been better unless we could have stayed longer!

This is a beautiful home and made for a really nice base for our vacation. There is a great pool and available boat slips right in view of the house. The little beach is a great kayak launch, too. There are reefs, a sandbar, and lots of other things to do very close to the property, and we had a blast. The house is very well stocked, and we had everything we needed. The owner was quick to help and very friendly. The views from the porches were amazing!

The house is in a gated community. Very safe and easy for an extended family gathering as we could rent many houses. This was the biggest and is oceanfront. Boat slip right outside the door. 3rd bedroom is twin/trundle.

Location of unit was great and had a beautiful view. We went with a group of 4 families and everyone had a great time at Anglers Reef. Very convenient to all activities & restaurants in the area. Very easy boat rides to snorkel spots & sandbar. Unit could be updated a bit & dock assigned to unit is fairly long walk from unit. Minor issues, would definitely come back.

Home is a 5 Star Stay, kitchen is has all the equipment you need and the open concept on first floor is great. You can not find a better view on Anglers Reef. Steve the owner is very attentive to you needs and goes out of way to answer any questions you have. Will deffently be back.

Well kept property, premier location!

Great home and location. We have vacationed numerous times times to Islamorada. We usually stayed in a condo on the Gulf side due to boat dockage availability. This complex offers convenient boat slips on the ocean side that can accommodate a 26' center console. The house was spacious and comfortable for 3 adult couples. Most evenings were enjoyed on the large deck or balcony and the great views. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing after a long day of fishing. The grounds were very nicely kept. We used the fish cleaning tables a few days. The table was large and had water and garbage cans there for our use. The house was furnished for all our needs. Comfortable living room furniture, kitchen bar stools, all the utensils , gas grill, beach towels, bait freezer, Seemed to have everything we needed. The wives were very happy with this place. The owner provided tons of helpful information for things such as restaurants, fishing advice, and entertainment. We will definitely consider returning to this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit. We really appreciate the clarity and ease of finding and getting into the home. It was everthijg promised and more. The dock are up is perfect and easy access to the Atlantic. Totally enjoyed our evening beer on the porch taking in the view. We’ll be back!

This home is amazing! The open layout on the first floor is great for socializing, cooking, etc., but the truly wonderful aspects of this home are the huge wraparound porches on both floors. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the view. When I look outside at the dreary weather in Pittsburgh, I replay the video we took of the view from the porch. We have different couples join us during our two weeks. Some friends, others family, and they all were blown away at how perfect this home is. They all keep asking us when we're going back. The master bedroom is great with direct access to the upstairs balcony, and the bed is wonderful. I was trying to figure out how I could smuggle the mattress out in my suitcase. LOL. The second bedroom is a little smaller, but very comfortable, too. The third bedroom is a day bed type with a trundle underneath. Great for kids, but my brother did complain a little about climbing out of it. He did say it was comfortable, however, and they enjoyed the direct access to the balcony, too. We chartered a boat with Chris Dillon with Charisma Sportfishing. He and Sean provided us with a fantastic day, and we had scrumptious fish dinners almost every night. We even caught a 30 lb. cobia that was wonderful. Having the fish freezer out in the carport was very handy. The pool in the neighborhood is beautiful. The water was warm and the pool design is very inviting, even having seats along the side in the water where you could sit an enjoy your cocktail. Anything we needed to know about the home and Islamorada was thoroughly covered in the manual that the owners supplied. The kitchen was fully supplied, so it was easy to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are very roomy, but my only problem was that being 4'11", I couldn't reach down into the washing machine to reach the wet laundry. No problem. I made my husband do it. We would certainly rent this home, again.
