We had a wonderful week long stay at Aqualina 101. Everything was exactly as described. The decor was beautiful. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The views both inside and outside were magical at every time of day. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, airport. I would not stay anywhere else and we cannot wait to visit again next year. Beautiful location near the airport, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Condo matches what is presented on the web sight, no exaggerations. The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend.

This property is located in the perfect location. Lots of food choices and supermarkets that are accessible in walking distance. Beds are super comfortable, view is to die for and the property itself is extremely clean. Whenever I visit St. Maarten again I will stay at this property once it's available.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 days prior to our cruise and it was perfect. The view is even better in person, and you have it in both the master and the living room. Communication with the owners was great, and they even accommodated a change in our stay when we had a delayed passport due to Covid. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, bed in the master is very comfortable and the bathrooms as well as all of the decor are lovely. The property is very close to great restaurants and the airport (although no airport noise at all to affect our stay), We loved our time here and would book again in a heartbeat on any future trip to Sint Maartin. Definitely recommend highly.

This was the best vacation ever!. The view from the front door was spectacular, better than the pictures. The villa was spacious for our family of 3 and beautifully decorated. Pet, the housekeeper, is so sweet. She did not mind waiting for us when our flight was delayed and we got lost finding the villa. She even came back to assist when we had a problem with bedroom lights (circuit had tripped). The villa was clean and equipped with every possible item for cooking, the perfect home away from home for our much needed week long vacation. Three steps off the patio and we were on the beach. We spent most of our time on the patio when not out exploring. Listening to waves every night was a bonus and walking the beach to Karakters is a must on Sundays! We are definitely looking forward to staying at the villa on our return visits. Booking this spectacular villa was worth every penny!! Thank you Ian and Pet

Great experience from booking to checking in, and the communication with the property owners through out the process. They were very assuming we would be taken care if we ran into any Covid issues. The proerty was spectacular and very well kept and great location. Would highly recommend this property.

We have been to Aqualina twice before...this third visit was the charm...great condo... “amazing” does not do it justice!! Views/location/convenience to restaurants/stores...love to fix relaxing meals and watch the sunset over Simpson Bay! Looking forward to a return visit!! Thanks to Ian and “Pet”

Excellent property with private beach access. Very nicely appointed two bedroom property. Bose systems in each room, private deck, excellent kitchen, and very roomy. This location will stay on our permanent list for Simpson Bay.

We rented this unit since our longtime timeshare was taken out by the hurricane. We had not been to the island since. Turns out to be a blessing as we found this unit and had a fabulous stay. Definitely returning! Can’t possibly get any better than this unit and area!! Already booking for next year!

This unit looks directly onto one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Maarten, Simpson Bay Beach. The unit is just as beautiful as the beach and wherever you look, the turquoise sea is all around. The unit’s description is right on and while it’s beautifully appointed, the most time we spent inside was when we slept! The kitchen is open and spacious and fully equipped for anything you’d want to do. The most we did was scramble some eggs for breakfast and heat up leftovers from dinner but if you want to eat meals “at home” you can certainly do that. There are pots and pans, lots of glassware, matching silverware and Tupperware with lids that fit! The Viking refrigerator is huge and can handle all the groceries you want to buy. We never used the built-in coffee system as there’s a single coffee pot there as well, so that’s all we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable which made us realize we so need a new mattress at home, the bathroom is bright and open. We put the shutters down every night so they acted as blackout curtains and they also keep the unit cool when you leave during the day. Everything in the unit is modern and electric! There are buttons and remotes all over, most of which we never really knew what went to what! The unit is extremely quiet and while we were there in low season, I don’t see it getting noisier at high season, the building appears to be very well built and solid. Pet, who works with the owners and lives on the island, will be there to greet you and acclimate you to all things #101. She is so sweet and is the local contact if you have questions. The pool is perfect and a nice break from the salt and sun. This was our 12th trip to SXM in 6 years and the first time we’ve stayed at a VRBO - going forward, this is the only place we’ll stay. Everything about our trip was absolutely perfect. This unit simply adds the delicious icing to a perfectly baked cake! You will love your time here and like us, won’t ever want to leave and will plan your return trip on your way home. Ian and Megan, the owners, are quick to reply to every question and you’ll feel as though you’re in their home. There’s nothing about this place that feels like a rental - it is a beautiful home that can be yours while you’re on SXM. Absolutely fabulous!

Beautiful property! My husband and I loved staying in this little piece of heaven on our vacation. The condo is spacious, clean and exactly what the pictures promise (and more!). The owners were very easy to communicate with and they checked in to ensure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The deck and private hot tub are the highlight of this place as it gives you the perfect spot to relax in luxury. We will absolutely be returning to this property!

My husband and I and another couple found our recent stay beyond perfect! The condo is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and quite luxurious. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances and stocked with basics for all of our needs. While the pictures on the listing show a beautiful view from the living room, master bedroom, and deck, it does not compare the the actual view itself, breathtaking! The interior is elegantly decorated, yet comfortable. While we very much enjoyed our time inside, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the back deck where we spent a majority of our time. There, we spent time relaxing in the lounge chairs and hot tub, enjoying morning coffee while watching the catamarans pass by, sipping on cocktails in the evening while watching the sun set, grilling out, and eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The deck provided the perfect amount of sun or shade for everyone's preference. The condo itself has direct access to the beach which was very convenient, and we enjoyed many strolls throughout the day along the quiet stretch of beach in front of the condo. The communication with the property manager, Ian, was timely, courteous, and beyond accommodating. Everything about the condo was perfect, and we will be planning our return to the condo soon!

This vacation was beyond amazing!!! The beautiful condo is gorgeous and exactly like the pics!!! The view is spectacular and the beach and water were perfection!! Pet (housekeeper) is so nice and thorough, it’s like you’re staying in a luxury hotel and don’t have to lift a finger!! We just left yesterday and can’t wait to return again!!

I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the private hot tub and the beach was beautiful. Our stay was beyond our expectation from the ease of communicating with the owner to the cleanliness and comfort of the property. Looking forward to a return visit.

We loved this property! Beautiful oceanfront condo on Simpson Beach with every amenity. True luxury caribbean living! Beautiful decor, comfortable living area, two spacious bedrooms, with two beautiful en suite bathrooms and a third half bath, as well as a state of the art kitchen. It was easy communicating with the owners and they were extremely attentive and accommodating, checking in with us throughout our stay. The property manager was readily available as well, and daily maid service kept the space spotless. The best part, however, is the incredible private outdoor space with phenomenal ocean view, just a few short steps from a very private beach. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of St. Maarten, with numerous restaurants within walking distance, or just a short drive away. Wholeheartedly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!
