The property overall was a great stay. The owners were lovely enough to let us check in early after our long trip. Morning coffee out the back near the canal was beautiful. Minior down point the fridge could do with a good clean

Minor catch (rookie mistake on my part) no WIFI. Noting the Dryer and AC are coin operated, luckily we didnt need both 👌.

We have stayed at Boathound a few times now. We love the convenience of being able to park our boat in the canal. The property is also dog friendly which is a bonus.

Loved the location, the house was comfortable, except having to put $2 for 4 hours of cooling on a hot week. Also a bit of a slog having to bring our own linen. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and loved being able to bring the dogs 👍

We have never had to pay for the use of a air-conditioner, or clothes dryer in a holiday house, thats ridiculous. An in this generation you usually have internet services available. The mattress had mould on it. The gate leading to the jetty is a major safety issue, as it had no pool gate latch, so little children good easily drown. Photos of this home on your site are very disappointing. We will be going through a real estate next time, as it is cheaper an you know what you are getting.

Great for large family with children or 2 families. House has everything! Lovely to overlook the canal! Dog friendly backyard. Short drive to beach, shops etc.

Very nice, easy to locate, close to shops and water front. Enjoyed our stay. Caught fish and crabs off the pontoon. The house has everything you need for cooking a great meal, love how there are board games and books.

This was our third stay which we enjoyed as much as ever. Love having our boat parked at the bottom of the garden.

Beds were horrible to sleep in very uncomfortable and a few appliances need up dating but over all it was a nice place to stay clean great area out the back Jist bed a few thing updated and would be 100 percent

Enjoyed the quiet and relaxing time here. Some appliances need updating. Not all Channels available on TV but that may have been because of rain. SBS is our favourite Channel and it was playing up. Still would recommend as a nice place to stay.

What a beautifully presented home. So comfortable and secure. Such a bonus we could take our fur baby. He had a wonderful holiday too. Lovely back yard and patio. Loved the way it was decorated too so tasteful. Your a wonderful artist. Would love to stay again in the future :)

Lovely big home with room to escape each other if needed. Very peaceful, close to everything, awesome bird song morning and night. My little Westie loved the garden.

Would suggest an upgrade to the refrigerator as can be very loud. A squeaky living area lounge could do with upgrade. Clean utensils above stove top.

House was very comfortable, some updating of appliances needed, lighting required in bbq area. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Great location if you have boat. Pontoon is great. House is large and having 2 bathrooms is great. We have not have to take our own sheets, linen, towels, dishwashing liquid before to holiday accommodation. Disappointing not to have wifi supplied. Hosts were helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at "Boat Hound". The house is well equipped,spacious and comfortable. Best of all dog friendly, and on a canal. We were able to moor our boat there. We fished off the pontoon but did not catch anything... We hope to stay there again.

Spacious family home with a great outlook to the Bongaree canal.
The Home has everything you need. Very comfortable.
The ceiling fans were a bit noisy and we weren’t aware the aircon needed to be paid to access. It was cool when we stayed so wasn’t an issue.
Well equiped for our dog to also holiday with us. Great location.

Our two moodles were so happy! Doggy door and toys -+++ would love to live there to be quite honest! The host was wonderful and the ad is what you got
I would declutter though but I am a clean freak sorry

The property was exactly as advertised, shame that there was a water leak from the shower while we were there. Managers were easily contactable

Beautiful spot!
We had an extended stay at this property. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room and everything you could possibly need was there. It was great for our dog also with a nice yard, good fence and water views.
Pauline and Ken were lovely hosts we would highly recommend.

Was such a nice play to stay for a week! So relaxing and quiet. Only 5 minute drive to dog beach which was great for the puppies! Would be good to have wifi but not a necessity. Was good to unplug for while! Thanks for such a great week!

Love everything about this house
We had the best time. We didn’t let being in lockdown bring us down. Pauline is so lovely and always helpful. My family and I will definitely keep returning. My favourite thing about this house is the pontoon. Absolutely beautiful!!

great holiday home plenty of room. I think having a coin slot for the air con and clothes dryer was a bit rich. nice breezes through the house so we didnt need aircon. we had good weather and only needed the clothes dryer on the last day. Over all good house, would stay there again.
