We found the apartment very clean and tidy and well equipped. It is ideal base for touring the local coastal villages etc. There is a bus stop right outside which serves all the places in St Austall bay. We had an issue with the boiler which was efficiently sorted out by the representative. All in all a good place to stay

It was a lovely apartment, and easy to get everywhere we needed whilst in Cornwall. The apartment was warm and it was very helpful to have some dishwashing equipment and the pint of milk . My only criticism was with the Wi-fi signal which was not good even for basic requirements.

Very comfortable stay. an alarm did go off in the building, but this may have been triggered by a short local power cut.

It’s really very nice we enjoyed our holiday better than I expect affordable prices nearest all shopping in short 10 out of 10
