We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location, clean, and had a nice layout. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. A perfect place to be for a Florida sunset. Such a beautiful view and close to the pool and beach. The host was very good with prompt communication. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, walking distance to restaurants on the beach, and a couple restaurants/bars directly across the road. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is great and we loved that it was facing the beach and the condo building did not block the sun as it set. Could stay outside for hours and hours! A great coffee shop a few blocks away. Joan was very responsive! We loved everything about it!

Our group consisted of grandparents, adult children and a 3 year old. The condo was beautiful with terrific sunsets. A bonus was all the kids sand toys were there! Owner was very responsive for any questions we had.

Our family from Phoenix, San Francisco, and St. Louis truly enjoyed our time on Madeira Beach. It was nice to be so close to the beach and to also have the heated pool available. Thank you!

The condo was perfect!

We just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect and just as pictured. This condo is very clean, up to date and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We really appreciated not having to buy laundry detergent, toilet paper and other supplies. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Trolley stops right outside the front door. This complex is small and a little dated but the pool area and hot tub are both very nice and clean. The Maintenance guy is around all day keeping things tidy and answering questions. The facility is very secure with controlled access to the building. The beach is steps away and very nice for walking and shelling. The property owner is very responsive to questions and checks in to make sure everything is ok.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, and comfortable beds for my tall adult children. All of the beach chairs and towels are provided, along with many of the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We had the best time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Gulf view from the lanai. This was our first time to Madeira Beach and we loved it! The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything you could ever want. We will be back! Great pool and hot tub as well! Very clean condo!

Property was nice except for the fact the elevator was not working Saturday afternoon and then again from Monday morning until Friday afternoon. My 95 year old father was with me, thankfully he is mobile enough to walk up the stairs or he would have been stuck in the condo all week. We also had a stroller we had to carry down the stairs each time we took the baby out.

This unit was great, but had a lot of wear and tear. The unit had everything we needed and the owner was very easy to communicate with!

This unit is freshly updated and very clean. It's fully stocked with all of the cooking supplies you need. They have beach towels, a couple of coolers, more than a few beach toys and beach chairs for your use. The beds were very comfortable (we all agreed on that) and it's more than spacious enough for us. If we decide to come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean, well cared for and nicely furnished. Great communication with owner and house keeper. My son proposed on the beach directly in front of the condo. It was a perfect weekend! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would highly recommend this place.

I was very impressed with how the property was stocked with the necessities such as garbage bags, toilet tissue, laundry detergent etc. Everything was wonderful. The owner/property manager even reached out to make sure everything was going well. Thank you

My husband and I have stayed at several Vrbo properties and this one was by far one of the best. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for everyone. The kitchen had every item needed, even ziplock baggies! The beach toys and boogie boards were used by the small children and teenagers in our family. The location on Madeira Beach was perfect. We really loved the fact that the beach was such a short walk from the beach. The owner Joan was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property has been recently updated and is very nice. The check-in process was well communicated and easy. We really enjoyed the very large oceanfront patio with plenty of space for all of us. We watched dolphins swim by every morning. The beach and ocean were gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!
