We had an amazing stay in Port Clinton! This property was just as described, and in the best location. The view of the lake is beautiful! The pool, hot tub, playground, and private beach were very nice to have since we brought the kids along! You are close to Jet Express and lots of restaurants! The condo had anything you could need and the owners were so amazing! If we decide to come back to the area, we will stay here again!

We had a great vacation. Good location with a beautiful view. Steps away from the pool and the beach. The house had plenty of cooking utensils and plates an extra things like condiments, and sugar that you typically do not find in vacation rentals. One thing that I did not care for was the amount of cleaning that is required prior to check out. I had no idea that you had to strip all of the beds and had everything washed, dried and folded, including all the bath towels. this was a vacation and I did not care for having to wake my entire family up super early on check out day so everyone could get showered and out of bed so we could get all of the laundry done. I don’t want to do laundry on vacation. I want to relax and enjoy the time with my family. If I would’ve known that prior to booking this condo I think I would have chosen a different one for that reason. I think the cleaning requirements should be included with the online listing, so it does not come as a surprise to people. I am not sure what the cleaning fee I paid really covers. Overall, we had a great time though!

Even though our stay was just before the hopping season starts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I loved the location, the private beach area, and the view!

This is a clean, efficient, and cozy condo on Lake Erie. It was in walking distance to the event we were attending. This was very easy to get in and out due to the key pad! Communication was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. We had a little mix up with the check in door code being incorrect on the app but the owner responded quickly and would not have been a problem but my email sent the contract to spam so I did not see if until the middle of our stay. We loved having towels and beach items there for us. Very helpful. The pull out/day bed could have been a bit more comfortable but truly that is our only complaint. The beach and pool were wonderful for toddlers! We loved the zero entry pool and the beach was sandy and could walk out at least 100 yards and still be at the kiddos thighs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Close to pool, lake , restaurants and jet express to islands. Bed was comfortable and so was couch. Lots of handy supplies like beach and pool gear/, beach towels, big spray.

We anticipated going on "excursions" nearby but never had a desire to leave the grounds! The property was spacious enough for our family of three and had the basic necessities you need for a short stay. We especially liked that there were outdoor items: chairs, pool noodle, beach mat, etc.

My daughter and her family stayed here for a week in July. Check in was remote and super easy. Condo had everything they needed. They loved the proximity to the beach and pool. Walking distance to everything Port Clinton has to offer. It was a perfect week and we would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in this condo complex several times over several years, and it is our favorite in the area. It is always clean, quiet and well-maintained, and we love the location. You can walk to Jet Express and to downtown Port Clinton. The other families we meet there are always respectful and quiet. We appreciated that this condo was on the first floor. The owners were very responsive to questions. We ended up meeting them because they also own the condo right next door, and they were very helpful. The condo is well-stocked with sheets, towels and blankets. Cooking utensils and dishes also looked well-stocked but we did not cook. There was plenty of hand sanitizer and hand soap. When I alerted the owner that there was not enough laundry detergent, some was quickly provided. Note that the check-out instructions were to wash, dry and fold all linens and towels. I'd never run across that before and was not expecting it. Since we were to have a 9-10 hour drive home, we were unable to do that and the owner was very understanding. The condo also had an iron, which I greatly appreciated and which most do not. The only thing missing was flatware, so we ended up using mostly plastic utensils. Perhaps a previous renter recently lost the flatware, and I did forget to mention this to the owner when I spoke to her. The condo was reasonably clean and certainly livable. The furnishings were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for everybody to get organized and unpacked. It was a nice stay. Thanks!

We have stayed at Waterfronts for many years. This was our first time staying in this particular condo. Obviously we love the location - the pool, the beach, the playground and the charm of the town. There are always fun renters and owners around too! This condo was equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It was clean and in great condition upon entering! There are more places and events to access in the surrounding community as well - live music, new establishments, and updated favorites.

Our condo was so convenient to everything--local eateries, the ferry, a private pool and private beach just for the condo residents and just a 20 minute drive to Cedar Point. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs to sit beachside on Lake Erie. Marti was easy to reach, communicated before we arrived and the personal touches were a welcome surprise and were very much appreciated. Definitely planning on going back next year and one more thing--everyone we met was so friendly! Thank you for a wonderful and a memorable trip.

I spent three nights in this property in early May. Pre-tourist season in the area, so it was a quiet, calm, comfortable stay. The location is nice with Lake Erie literally in the backyard. The condo is clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed to feel at home. Also, as a solo (female) traveler, I felt that the location/neighborhood was safe. It was a good home base for exploring the lake front and visiting the area state parks for walking and photographing, as well as to take the ferry across to Put-in-Bay and explore that island. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Port Clinton area.

Love the property and location... walking distance to the Walleye drop! The first floor access was great... it was warm enough to sit outside in the grass. We had a blast!

This property was perfect for us and our small children. Lots of extras to keep you busy on a longer stay. Small touches that made it feel like home! In the heart of everything and was so close to the beach, pool, and playground! We loved it!!!

Loved the location. Close to town, shops, etc. enjoyed seeing the Lake, lighthouses. Was a bit disappointed that pool and hot tub were already closed for the season. Looking forward to returning during peak season.

Don’t know why we have to pay a cleaning fee that was not cheap when clearly it was not cleaned before we got there .... if we pay a cleaning fee it should be cleaned after each stay ..... was not happy with that nor is it fair to pay that much for a cleaning fee that was not done . Waist of money ....

For being ground floor condo, it’s was quiet. Only slightly heard people going up and down stairs. Scenery was nice with the private beach and pool. Would have liked to enjoy the hot tub but was constantly full, not only with adults but kids under age limit that wasn’t supposed to be in it. Very conveniently located which was a definite plus! The owners were very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our little getaway here at this condo! Perfect view, location and the pool was pretty awesome. The condo was very clean and kept, had all the necessities one would need!

I would definitely stay here again!! The location on ground level to the pool and playground was great for having my little grandson! Owners went above and beyond to make us have a great trip! Thank you!!

First floor condo is great for kids who come and go to the pool/beach. We love Port Clinton and spending time on the lake. We have stayed in several Waterfront condos and this was nicely updated. The bed could be better is my only complaint. I would for sure recommend this condo overall!!

The property was so clean and well stocked with everything I could possibly need! The furnishings were comfortable, everything was updated and in perfect working condition! I will definitely book again!

We were in town for our sons baseball tournament at Cedar Point. We loved the location of this condo. It was within walking distance of downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express to Put In Bay. The condo was clean and looked just the pictures. Marti even took the time to write our son a good luck message with some balloons. The next time we are in the area we will be sure to stay here again.

Wonderful convenient location for a vacation getaway. Walk to town and ferry. Clean and well supplied with essentials.

I had to provide a rating of the property in order to be able to leave my review but we never made it onto the property because there was a state of emergency declared due to the storms and flooding of the entire city and police officers were blocking roads and not allowing people over the bridge for safety reasons. The owners were contacted immediately upon arriving into town and informed of the situation. Bruce even suggested that we just park our vehicle and walk over the bridge with our children and belongings to try to get to the property, which was not safe by any means. We even waited and called the police periodically to get information on when they would be allowing people over the bridge. They said definitely not until at least the next afternoon. We called the next morning and were told that the bridge was still not opened and that the local businesses were not open and they were unsure when that would change. The owners were informed of this as well along with the fact that the facilities on the property were not going to be able to be used (pool, hot tub, playground, restaurants, etc). At this time we were assured that we would be getting a refund and that they would need a few days since Monday was a holiday. I completely understood and was content with that. In further communication with Bruce and Marti, we were again assured in writing and in voicemail messages that we would be getting a refund. Here we are over 2 weeks later and still no refund and am getting the run around from the owners, blaming vrbo and now telling me that my situation is sad and that I am only getting a deposit returned because of the kindness of his heart. He also said that I am mean and that I am not entitled. I am far from mean and I have been extremely kind and patient. I have not been treated the same way. They lied to me and want to keep money for a stay that never even happened. If anything is "sad" it is the dishonesty and rude treatment that the owners have given me. VRBO has been in contact with myself and with the owners and have given instructions on how to return my hard earned money as they said they would, especially since I didn't have any control over the circumstances. This experience has been terrible and unnecessary. They should return the money like they said they would. I considered staying at the property at another time in order to have time away, not at this point and not ever. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Bruce or Marti

We have stayed at this particular complex for several years. The location and amenities are perfect for our family with kids big and small! This particular unit was very nice and clean! Plenty of seating which can be difficult because the unit itself is not a large space. The best part it is on the first floor! Thank you for having us we will be back!

This is an excellent property to rent. My husband and I stayed for a short getaway. The check in and check out was easy and flexible. The owners were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The house is set up nicely and a perfect spot for a view of the lake. It’s also so close to attractions and the ferry’s to Put-In- Bay and Kelley’s Island.

Had a excellent news years eve vacation. The location was great for entertainment even in the Winter. The place was very clean and had everything we needed , towels blankets outdoor furniture, even some lotions.the mattress seemed new and super clean.thevview of the lake was nice and the accessibility to the lake was right out the back door .The owners were very helpful and seemed to be happy to help with questions etc. I will probably stay again.

Condo was clean, fully stocked, comfortable for 2 adults & / 2 adults with children. We didn't need to use kitchen stove or coffee pot, . Location was nice , short walk to the water. Nice visit with family..
