This is the 3rd different house we've stayed in in Cape May and it's been our favorite! The location is great, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the property had everything we needed! I highly recommend.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this wonderful property to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It is so convenient to all the activities in Cape May and property is gorgeous, clean and very modern. Matt is very responsive and communication was very easy. Love it here and we would love to book again in the future.

Property was just as pics, very nice, very clean and very walkable to all things Cape May. It's super close to the Mansion Tour, Washington Street Mall and walkable in Cape May. We didn't walk to the beach (a bit longer) but we were there for Christmas Festivities. Owner was very easy and immediate to reply, friendly and all was great. Definitely would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great location, located near Washington Street Mall shops and close to the main beach area. House had all the amenities and even more than we expected! We needed a pet friendly house and it fit the bill. Communication with owner was easy and the process was easy using the VRBO app! Thank you for a great week in Cape May.

House was very comfortable - bathrooms and kitchen renovated. Very Light/bright inside. A nice time to be in CM - busy but not overly so-easy to get dinner reservations.

This was a beautifully decorated home fully stocked with everything you might need. The location is a short walk into town. The owners are highly responsive for that rare question but literally every detail was written up in the welcome letter.

Matt’s place is clearly the most well equipped VRBO home we have ever rented. Convenient location and home filled with comfortable amenities. Our contact with Matt was immediate and always warm and concerned. We highly recommend this delightful place and host !

We rented Matt’s house for a girls getaway weekend and could not have been more pleased. It was clean, secure & perfectly located for walking to the shopping area & various restaurants. The house had amazing amentites & was very comfortable. We will definitely rent this location again in the future. We did the Day Sippers wine tour one day and that was awesome too!

Nice house in a great location

This house was perfect for our girls getaway. There was plenty of room to hang out and we loved the convenient location. We walked to dinner, drinks and shopping. The 2nd floor balcony was an extra special treat. The property owner was helpful and quickly answered all our questions. We loved the decor and can not wait to stay here again!

The house was clean and well maintained. It was stocked with all the essentials which was great. Such a great place to relax and close enough to walk to everything!

The house was in a good location and we loved the space as well as the rooftop deck. Owner was great!

Our family of 4, plus the dog, enjoyed staying at this condo . There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room (2 couches and 2 chairs) and the kitchen was well stocked with tools to make cooking meals indoors and outdoors very easy. We enjoyed the grill in the backyard and the sunset terrace on the 2nd floor for cocktails in the evenings. The location was excellent. The condo is close to everything including Acme, Washington Mall, dog run, playground, and the beaches. The owners left beach tags for us to use and they were always very responsive to our questions. You can tell they truly care about their condo and that those who stay there have a lovely time.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is convenient to the dog park, Acme and Elaines. We rent bikes for the week to ride to the beach. The beach box is great to store your beach chairs. It is an easy ride if your group is able to ride bikes. We walk to Wahington Inn for dinner which is one of our favorite restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice to have our dog with us. We would recommend and would consider returning. Plenty of space for family of 4. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the Alexa’s for music, however wifi on Apple TV was spotty and frustrating. Loved having three bathrooms only drawback was the 2 stall showers were cramped for tall guests and water pressure was not good. Rooms were clean and nice but didn’t get the best sleep on the mattresses. Nicely decorated and all the tools you need to stay in and cook!

We loved this home - It was very clean and very comfortable! Matt answered any questions we had immediately- we would definitely stay here again ! Wonderful !

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at 902 Lafayette. The property is a delightful walk through the historic town center to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the house itself is quite comfortable and well provisioned with everything one could want or need in a vacation home. It was a perfect place for a greatly anticipated and much-needed family reunion/vacation.

Taryn & Matt’s place is an excellent choice to explore Cape May. It is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities for a quick weekend trip or extended stay. The house is decorated beautifully and includes a lot of fun “smart” features that will enhance your stay. Their place is a 5 minute walk to ACME (grocery store), 10 minute walk to Washington Street Mall, and a 15 minute walk to the beach (they supply beach tags so you don’t need to purchase them at the beach entrance!). Highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay in Cape May. The house was clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location near town and the beach. The owner is very helpful.

Close to the beach as well as town. House is very tasteful furnished and in great condition. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything! Overall a great experience and definitely first choice to return to!!

The house was clean and very well stocked with supplies such as dish ware, spices, other condiments and pots and pans. They beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and the space was very able to accommodate our group of six. The outdoor picnic table was situated in a spot not very attractive but the grill worked well and we enjoyed outdoor meals when he weather permitted. The house is walking distance to the city beach and though it was very well populated it never felt too too crowd even in these days of Covid! As an alternative we discovered a another more remote and smaller Bayside beach, Hignbee beach around fifteen minute car drive and that was a delightful find. This beach was always sparsely populated and without large waves so that we could all feel comfortable swimming not just wading in the water. We loved it and so did our children and friends.

Very comfortable and clean....properly stocked with cooking equipment and plenty of room to stretch out and relax....great bathrooms and beds!

Matt was great at answering questions quickly. Enjoyed using the “smart” home features. 2d floor porch wonderful on sunny fall afternoons.

We had a very nice stay in Matt's great Cape May house. The house was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and well-located! The beds were great and the living room was nice to hang out in! We were a group of 6 and had a great time! Would stay again in a heartbeat, thanks Matt!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and well maintained property. The beds are comfy, living space is ample, with outside seating in 2 locations.The kitchen is well stocked . The location is good, and easily walkable to the grocery store and the shops and eateries in town. The owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We look forward to staying here again!

I will stay there again

This was my second year renting this unit and once again we enjoyed our stay. Matt is great at getting back to you with any questions that you have and is very accommodating. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We love the location! We bike to the beach daily. The beach box is so convenient as well as having beach tags available the day we arrive. We keep all our beach equipment at the beach all week. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are all comfortable. We love that we can bring out two dogs with us! Can’t wait to go again next year!

We stayed here for a week following my daughter's wedding at Congress Hall. Matt was both accommodating and welcoming. The rental is spacious, clean and inviting, and is very walkable to Washington Street attractions. If you have a dog, there is a park right across the street! I would highly recommend this rental!

We just returned from our amazing vacation in Cape May. This house was a huge part of why we enjoyed our trip so much. The house was modern and cozy. It was decorated beautifully and chock-full of high-tech amenities. Everything we needed was provided, including dog bowls for our pup! The owners were available to answer questions both during our stay, and during the months in between our booking and our stay. The location was outstanding. So close to the park, quaint shopping area, ACME Food Market and access routes to Wildwood Crest (for those of us who also love the boardwalk and Tramcar)! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We've been back home for a few days now and miss what was, truly, our Cape May "home-away-from-home"!
