Staff are very helpful, friendly, and supportive.

Room is too small and feel that you're living in a confined space. Soundproof needs improvement as it is closed to the motorway and airport runway.

We needed something close to the airport. It cost less than $2 usd in a grab to get here, and was a 7 minute journey! Very cool and unique concept. I loved watching the planes come and go!

Finding this place was a little difficult once we got to the complex. It is located on the 5th floor, so find an elevator at entrance C and take it to floor 5, this will save you walking around like we did! Road as expected was noisy at night when trying to sleep. Checkin system was automated and required a QR code which I didn't have from booking.com. Someone was there to help us, and when they weren't they were very responsive when I messaged asking for help.

walls are cracking far away from the crowded touristing area (night activities)

There was no signboard of the hotel visible from the road to locate the hotel.

Everything good!. From self check-in service, super comfy bed, strong water pressure, variety of movie channel, good wifi connection. The host, eyka is very helpful, she help us with check in issue even though it already midnight. Most important, reasonable price and near to KK airport. If you looking for accommodation that provide basic thing yet important, The Atelier is the perfect choice.

the self check in kiosk is very convenience, and the digital door lock is safe. the property has provided the free shower gel, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, towel, etc. the room is cozy and clean. There are water dispenser with hot and cold water outside the room (in common area) and also the refrigerator. room with TV and so many films to choose. the airport landing site is just opposite the hotel, so you can see the flight landing and the sunset, it's really awesome.

the soundproof is really bad, coz the property is just right beside the highway. so you can hear the engine sounds of the car and motorcycle even in the midnight. can't sleep well.

Location: close to the BKI airport. Also close to few eateries and few groceries store.

They put the name of the staying is hotel. But it was a guest house which is the restroom separated. I hated it. Thanks

Modern concept , helpfull staff

Staff was very friendly and customer service was top! I have to check out late due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was understanding and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything's great except the mirror in cafe room. It's a bit inconvenience for short people like me 😅
