Easy to get to and fun pool area. Beautiful condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Cinnamon Beach rentals before and have been extremely satisfied with the view and the condo. This year I invited guests to enjoy the experience with us.The door to the Condo had a broken lock and it felt unsafe. I spoke to Lena who promised someone would come out to fix it. In the 7 days days we were there, no one came and we felt the need to put a chair under the handle inside the door every night before we went to sleep. Also, there was no lock on the sliding doors to the outside patio. We were only on the second floor and once again it was a safety issue. There was a long broomstick like device for us to use. It was not only unacceptable but a very low budget solution.The living room furniture was so old and worn that you couldn’t sit comfortably without sinking into the bottom. It affected my lower back and caused me discomfort.Lena told us that the TV in the 3rd bedroom wasn’t working and someone would be out to fix it. It never happened.We were really looking forward to a great experience with family being invited and I was more embarrassed by the condo. I’m sorry to say that for the price it costs to stay, the conditions were more of a highway motor lodge.Lena never called us back with any information as to when or what time someone would fix any of our concerns.Our experience and that of our guests were very disappointing.

The unit is on the first floor above the garage which meant you’re close to the noisy AC units and also the garage parking lights which are always on but overall the unit is amazing. We have stayed at cinnamon beach half a dozen times and unfortunately the cleaning fee seems to get more expensive yet the list of things the management company wants you to do gets longer. If I am paying a cleaning fee I should not have to strip beds and do dishes. Over all I would stay in this unit again but there are a few downsides but I think the amenities in this unit make up for that.

This was our 3rd time to Cinnamon Bay. We love the location and the properties have always exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed for our quick trip to the coast. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are beach chairs, floats, a beach wagon, styrofoam cooler, and beach towels in the unit. The beach access is close by and the ocean views are amazing. I can't wait for our next trip to Cinnamon Beach!

The condo and location were perfect. Well stocked kitchen. Our only negative was the beach was in bad shape due to storms. Very Shelly and rocky. No swimming due to the rocks.

From the time I booked the reservation until after check out, the service was impeccable. The unit was newly refurbished and was very clean and fully stocked. My family are major cooks and foodies and we could not believe how stocked the kitchen was. We even brought items from home that we never had to unpack. The host was extremely helpful and when we asked for a beach cart, it magically appeared at our front door wrapped up brand new in a box. The location of this unit was perfect. Views from everywhere and so accessable to the beach and pools. We can't wait to book this one again. Thanks so much for a wonderful family get away.

The only downside was that only 1 small roll of tissue was provided for each bathroom and we were required to strip the beds, pull the towels, and were then required to start the first load of laundry before the required 10am check out time. After paying over $1350 for 3 nights (only 2 full days) you would expect additional tissue to be provided and not to have to do housework the morning of checkout while on vacation. (No BYOT)😩

This was our first time coming to cinnamon beach and to this property. There’s not much I can say besides that everything was fantastic! The room and condo was immaculate and enormous! The property was clean and well taken care of. We had no issues with check-in and did not need to reach out to the management company for anything, all of our needs were met. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms even had laundry baskets in them! We came the week after Labor Day and we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The beach was spectacular (just watch out for the hidden rocks in the surfline) and the pool and kids playground were a hit for my four year old, eight-year-old and 11-year-old (and me too!)! We will definitely come back and will probably make this our regular destinations spot.

We had a great experience with management being willing to work with us when our original stay was interrupted by a family death. Rescheduled with same owner / condo 5 star / maintenance quick to respond. Negatives would be no handicap beach access, pool hours, and closed hot tub. Should probably post something about shoreline rocks with the notice of no lifeguard since thet are not visible at high tide. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful view. Quiet building. Great pool area. Three friends from high school (40 years ago) meet each year to review our lives scattered across the country. We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area. This unit is large with beautiful appointments and a great patio area for enjoying the ocean view. A short walk to both the surf line and the community pool gave us plenty of time in the water. Highly recommend.

Unit #525 was nicely decorated and we were surprised to find it was as nice if not nicer than the photos. The living space was large and comfortable and provided everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we loved sitting out there to watch the sun rise each morning. The beach was nice and quiet and our kids loved collecting seashells, which were abundant. Because we have small children, we spent most afternoons at the children's pool. It was a nice pool, although it does get quite crowded at times. Sadly, the splash area was under construction during our stay and at times there was a good bit of noise from that making relaxing at the pool a challenge. Thankfully our kids hardly noticed. As far as the unit goes, the only thing that could be problematic is the lack of curtains in bedroom #2. They have blinds over the window, but the window looks out into the condominium hallway which is constantly lit up at night. The light pours into the room even with the blinds closed and can make it difficult to sleep. We had to change sleeping arrangements around to put someone who didn't mind the light in that room. A simple pair of light-blocking curtains would help in that room. Otherwise it was a wonderful, comfortable, spacious, clean condo and we'd certainly stay here again.

Kindly provide a couple of high back sand chairs.

Nice day will go back. Slightly disappointed in beach not a good beach to swim on. Overall‘s day was excellent enjoyed myself and my family enjoyed themselves also.

We were beyond happy with this condo. It is beautiful and more classy than a lot of others in this price range. Pristine cleanliness. The community that it is located in is superb with a lot of amenities. The beach is so close with only a small stroll. The only negative that we can think of was the bed in the second room. It was like the frame was bent and very uneven/uncomfortable.

We had a nice time. Our condo was large and spacious which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking easier. Cons: we didn’t realize the walk to the pool and beach. Also didn’t realize the rocks were everywhere so couldn’t get in ocean. Although it was awesome, we will go somewhere else next year for those reasons. It was a beautiful property!
