Great views for whale watching. Had everything we needed and more.

This unit provided everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the lanai, and the views were incredible. Rohan was easy to work with. The area is a little quieter than staying in Kihei, or Lahaina, which we have done in the past, but we very much appreciated being able to walk to shops and restaurants With very light traffic. The unit was very quiet at night. We would book it again.

Nicely situated for ease of movement around central and south Maui. We intentionally stayed away from Lahaina area for obvious reasons. Proximity to ocean was fantastic. Interior space was roomy. Entire area is quiet except when the jets are on their landing pattern. Pool area quiet and easily accessible. Whale sightings were fantastic. Most visible without binoculars

This condo is centrally located and a great departure point to explore different parts of the island each day. We especially enjoyed our late afternoons whale watching from the comfort of the balcony.

This was the first time on Maui. After exploring the entire island during our stay and seeing other condos during open houses, we realized what an awesome unit and great location we had. This unit is centrally located to everything you want to do. Sit on the lanai and watch turtles pop their heads up, while you relax and play cribbage. Great unit! The host was very attentive. He welcomes you when you arrive and asks how your stay was. Very pleased! Would love to stay here again!

What a great location and beautiful home! From the decorations, and spacious rooms, to the sunrises over Haleakala or the sea turtles at our doorstep each morning. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

What a amazing condo. View is incredible, location is central to all destinations in Maui. It is exactly what it states, and more. Love our morning coffee on the Lanai, watching turtles, snorkeling and surfers. There was only 2 of us, but liked having 2 bathrooms. Extremely clean and had all amenities we needed, except bath soap, which we brought. It was walking distance to the Aquarium and shops, and a few restaurants....also ice cream shop. Very quiet and not a lot of traffic...would highly recommend this place, I would love to return for another week...thanks Rohan for being there if we needed you, you were always a phone call away.

We just had the pleasure of staying at Rohan's VRBO property in Maalaea Bay, Maui, and it was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew we were in for a memorable experience. First and foremost, the listing is incredibly accurate. The photos don't do justice to the stunning beauty of this place. As soon as we walked into the condo, we were welcomed by breathtaking ocean views that were just as spectacular as they appeared online. The interior was tastefully decorated and exquisitely maintained, making us feel right at home. Location, location, location! Rohan's VRBO is as close to the water as you can get. The soothing sound of the ocean waves and the unobstructed views from the lanai were an absolute highlight. We spent hours watching the turtles swim right below us and even saw a few popping their heads out of the water. It was a surreal experience that left us feeling truly connected to the sea. The lush grass on the property is not just a sight for sore eyes, but also a perfect spot for picnics and sunbathing. It's a wonderful place to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Plus, being able to take leisurely strolls along the perfectly manicured lawns was an added bonus. The property is cleverly connected to other buildings along the water, which gives it a sense of community while still maintaining privacy. It's not often you find a place that offers both serenity and the opportunity to meet fellow travelers.

The condo was a perfect for for the 4 of us. Good location and a nice balcony to drink coffee and look for sea turtles.

VRBO host, Rohan knight, was great. Because of the Lahaina fire, my sister, and I went back-and-forth as to whether or not we should continue with our reservations. We’re really glad that we did.

Feel very fortunate that we chose this property. Well maintained and stocked w kitchen pans, utensils, etc. Location is very close to highway, short drive to airport and convenience stores. Rohan is very attentive as well as property employees. View is incredible!

We loved this condo. It is central to everything on the island, yet very quiet. Many snorkel and dinner cruises leave from Ma’alaea Harbor; we walked down and did not have to worry about driving and paying to park. Likewise, the Ocean Center is by the harbor, worth a visit for sure. The thing we loved most about staying here was the time spent sitting on the lanai watching the ocean and especially the turtles. There are several restaurants at the harbor. We enjoyed the General Store for lunch. Tantes had a nice lunch and dinner menu, but if you want to explore further for meals, Kihei has many choices and is fairly close by. This condo was spotless, and provided everything we needed. If we return to Maui, this will be our spot.

Amazing condo! It's a short drive away from the tourist (trap) area around Lahaina. Convenient starting point for all the attractions around the island. We ate breakfast several mornings on the lanai while we watched the sun rise over Haleakala. View of Maalaea Bay is gorgeous. Green sea turtles swam along the sea wall every day we were there. Condo has everything you need to be your home away from home. Owner called to check on us the first evening. I have no complaints about our stay and hope to stay here again on a future trip.

Our vacation was made perfect with our stay in this beautiful home. Upon entry, everything was clean and welcoming. We appreciated the call we received to ensure everything went well with the check in and for several helpful details for our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. With the cool breeze, the sound of palm trees, and crashing waves, each day was relaxing!! The beds were incredibly comfortable giving us the best sleep we have ever had on vacation! Wonderful condo. Close to everything. Wonderful view. And right outside turtles Celebrated our 50th and our best friends celebrated their 56th. We will defiantly rent this place again.

We were looking for a nice condo with a view that didn't break the bank for our stay on Maui with our family of 4, and this property suited our needs perfectly! We loved the view and proximity to the beach, and it was an easy drive to all our planned destinations. The included amenities were very helpful, and there wasn't a ridiculous cleaning list before we left. I would highly recommend this property!

This was a fantastic condo with a great property manager. Rohan was responsive and takes excellent care of his rental. This is a central location with lots to do, we even saw whales and turtles multiple times throughout the day! We will happily be staying again!

The condo was really nice and located right by the ocean. Every morning we could see the sea turtle from the lanai. It was easy to drive to Kihei as well as Lahaina . We really enjoyed our stay

The condo is just beautiful and the location spectacular. I loved how centrally located it was which made driving in any direction easy. Getting up early to see the sunrise each morning was such a blessing. (Because of its location, one has to drive to see the sunset in all its glory so just know that in advance.) Rohan was so responsive and helpful in advance of our stay, and called when we settled in to go over a few helpful details. The condo is well equipped and we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely return. Thank you, Rohan, for sharing your beautiful home away from home.

Condo is exactly as presented on VRBO. Quiet. clean, fully stocked kitchen, all your needs for your stay are covered. Easy access to condo. No difficulties encountered.

Beautiful property

One of the great aspects of this property is its close proximity to everything on the island. We had a wonderful time staying here and although there isn't a swimming beach nearby there is a beach at the end of the street where we were able to (from a distance) see an endangered Hawaiian monk seal that was on the beach for about 4 days. The turtles were present every night at around 4-5 pm and you could see them in the water as they were eating and then poking their heads out of the water for a breath. Pretty cool to see. The only thing about this area is there are very few places to eat so you either have to drive 20-30 minutes or cook in the condo. I didn't mind it, but my kids got tired of jumping in the car all of the time. There are 2 nice Weber grills in the pool area that we used to grill steaks (which we got at Costco). FYI food is way cheaper at Target, Walmart, and Costco. You may have read that Maalaea Bay is one of the windiest areas on the island. We did not have any issues with this. There was a breeze everyday, but nothing overwhelming and on the last 2 days when it was really windy it was windy on the entire island which only brought more surfers out for us to watch. Overall, this is a great condo and if we ever get the chance to visit Maui again we would love to stay here! My only recommendation would be to update the chairs on the lanai as they seem to be falling apart and were difficult to sit on. Nothing that put a damper on our vacation though. Highly recommend. Condo was spacious, clean, bright, and couldn’t have been closer to the water. We saw sea turtles every evening. Really lovely lodging for our first visit!!
