We bought new ones to use and took them home. Carpet in bedrroms needed cleaning badly, and living room sofa and chair needs replaced. They are the same as were in the condo in 2017 as Higgins rented it. Hope for new furniture when we come back next February.

The condo was clean, spacious and very accommodating. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the water park and several great dinner locations. Traffic was somewhat difficult but we stayed in July and that’s to be expected. The umbrella and chair setup was really nice each day and my kids loved the pool. The parking location for the condo was just feet away from the elevator. A few cons...our ice maker didn’t work so we had to navigate traffic each day to buy ice. We were also only provided 3 small trash bags so it was one more thing to run out and get. There was also only one elevator working for half our trip. Being on the 11th floor in the heat made that extremely difficult. Luckily the second one was fixed and things moved so much quicker. We had great service whenever we needed anything prior to the trip. We did have a question the last day and it took about 24 hours to hear back but overall the experience was wonderful and we’d love to stay again!

Only problem was one elevator most of the time. But I had reservations for next year. I loved the sun umbrellas and chair service

Very clean and comfortable condo on the beach with an awesome view. The only real complaint would be the shutters in second did not darken the bedroom enough from exterior lights, should be replaced or add curtains.

Condo kitchen is very nice and fully equipped. This unit needs a good Spring cleaning and a little TLC. Remove the dirty carpet, new paint, and new towels and MB comforter would be a good start. The condo is nice and we would stay again if at least the carpet was gone.

This is a fabulous unit with a stunning view of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with all upscale appliances. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Was quiet ... didn't hear noise from neighboring units.Negatives: Arrived late (8PM) - the code for the door lock did not work. No one is on-site, even security. Property management did not answer phone calls. Finally received a text with the correct code but this was very distressing. How can you not provide the correct door code if no one is going to be available to assist!? As others have noted, the shine has gone off this unit. Especially the fabric sofa set in the living area. Upholstery is stained and dirty. Upon entry, I ran my hand over the sofa back and found sand and dirt.

Kitchen had everything we needed. The dryer quit working during our stay and maintenance was there and took care of the problem quickly. My only complaint (and its a super minor one) is that the elevator ride to the 11th floor was hot and stuffy. Will definitely be booming and staying again. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we stayed at this condo and enjoyed the stay, but the condo needs TLC. We come for the golf, great Destin seafood and beautiful location. We had.a few requests that management (Carolyn is fantastic) promptly addressed (replaced stained mattress cover, provide a new set of pots) and promptly replaced the broken microwave. The owners should consider a deep clean or replacement of the carpet, updating dishes, stabilizing dining table, and updating bathrooms (see 1106 baths for comparison). A beautiful space that needs some love.

My family really enjoyed our stay in the well-equipped, decorated, clean and beautiful condo on the beach! The view of the beach, sunrises and sunsets were perfect. I would love to stay for an entire week next time. The location is perfect to all the surrounding venues, restaurants, grocery store, etc.. Destin is the place to stay!!

This unit was very clean and pleasant. We typically stay at a different condo location but found this last minute and jumped on it. Was not disappointed at all! We definitely enjoyed this community and it was very accommodating for our family. Would definitely book this unit again.

It is a little far away from the Harbor, so having your own car is a must, especially due to COVID taking many of the UBER drivers away from the area. The beach was well taken care of.

The only complaint I had was that other than the towels and dishes, there was nothing else in the condo. No drinking water, salt, pepper, any condiments at all. We used Shipt to have a shopper get us groceries and deliver them to us, but we didn't think about salt and pepper! I know with COVID, things are a little different, but I am just saying that you might want to think about those things before you arrive.

The beds were very comfortable, there were LOTS of towels and washcloths, blankets and pillows, the washer and dryer were nice (but again, bring your own laundry detergent). Carolyn did provide us with beach towels when I asked. They really take up a lot of room in your suitcase!

The housekeeping staff was also great. They saw that we had arrived a little early and were outside in the heat. They hustled so that we were able to get in just a little early.

All in all, I would definitely come back next time to this condo.

We found the condo to be very accommodating and in the perfect spot for beach time and visiting tourist attractions. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. The covered parking and included beach service was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again. I gave the property 4 stars for cleanliness only because the carpets could use a good shampoo or replacement. Other than that, we felt very comfortable here!
