Property met our needs. Was clean and convenient to dining and the downtown area of Palm Springs.

As described. No surprises. Put on some Frank Sinatra, Doris Day, etc. and drift back to the 1950s. Depending on your speed a 5-15 minute flat walk to the center of downtown. Friends spent a couple of nights and plenty of room for 4 adults. Would definitely go back.

Nice bungalow. Wonderful location. Easy walking distance to downtown Palm Springs and several hiking options nearby, John’s house met our needs well.

Amazing Coachella Weekend
John was such an amazing host. He texted me before our arrival and throughout our trip. His house was very comfortable and safe during our stay for Coachella weekend. He even provided us recommendations for things to do in the area. We will definitely come back to stay in Palm Springs, hopefully with John again.

GREAT LITTLE PLACE IN PALM SPRINGS
We enjoyed our stay. Joh's house was the perfect place to return to after our long desert hikes. It is private and quiet and we particularly enjoyed having a "cold one" after our hikes sitting in the private patio and watching the resident doves flying about.
John is a genial host and very accessible if you have any questions or concerns.

Very comfortable spot just a few minutes walking to downtown PS. John met us in person at check in and check out was a breeze.

Perfect Getaway Spot
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The location is excellent, and the Mountain View is top notch. Our host, John, made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. He even went out of his way to provide a blow up mattress so my son would have his own place to sleep. The home is on a quiet street just off Indian Canyon Drive and within a short driving distance of all the great restaurants and shops of downtown Palm Springs. I was very pleased by the deep cleaning that occurs when one guest leaves before the next one arrives. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family looking for a place in Palm Springs.

The house was clean, very comfortable and perfectly located for walking/hiking. Easy to explore downtown Palm Springs, museum area, stores and restaurants. John was a very responsive host and provided everything we needed. For a one-bedroom there was plenty of comfortable sitting area and it was nicely decorated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John's Santa Rosa home. It is nicely decorated, with great art and we appreciated the private patios and plants outside the house. This home is located close to downtown , so we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. What a treat!

Awesome Warm Sands
We spent 5 days in Palm Springs at the lively Warm Sands property. John was very easy to deal with and the home was just as the photos show online. The location is fabulous as it's only a couple of blocks from downtown. The bed is SO COMFORTABLE we wanted to take it home with us! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Palm Springs!

Close to down town
Booked last minute for 4th of July weekend. Close to family who live in Palm Springs and we could bring our dogs. John was a pleasure to rent from.

Not a bad stay
Overall was a fine stay in Palm Springs. The house is quaint with nice decorations and the patio out back with the grill is a great extra space. There was a small mixup with the reservation, which was handled with John offline. We spent very little time at the house itself, but was a nice place to stay to sleep and cook food while we were in town.

John’s home was terrific. It is located on a quiet residential street but walking distance to downtown and close to grocery stores.

It is centrally located, the weather was perfect, a short trip to Joshua Tree and local hiking, close toPalm Canyon with delicious restaurants, museums and shops. The house contained everything we needed and John answered questions upon request. We will return!!!

We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful space. It's decorated with iconic mid-century furniture, has fabulous linens, well equipped kitchen, lovely patio. You will enjoy your stay.
