Great hosts and very convenient location.

Where to begin?. On entry into the property the first few things noticed were the room temperature, 72, and mellow music playing through the surround sound. That absolutely set the tone for the rest of the stay. The house was clean and well equipped for my week long stay. The WiFi provided was fast and reliable. I require a constant VPN for work, and there was never an interrupt in service. The pool, oh the pool! A must if you’re visiting AZ in the summer. I cannot speak for other times of the year, but first week in June the neighborhood is incredibly quite. Perfect for evening jogs or strolls. Bill and Brenda were perfect hosts! They both contacted me to make sure everything was in order before I arrived. There was an issue with the refrigerator on my first day in town, but that was resolved before I even stepped foot in the door. That is premier service and much appreciated! Overall my stay was amazing! I’m sure I missed highlighting some of the amenities I enjoyed, but I just wanted you all to know that Sierra Verde was perfect. Thank you both! Sid

Wonderful property, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. Close to spring training for the Royals and Rangers. Lots of good restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Absolutely beautiful property. Nicely decorated and completely stocked of everything you can think of. The owners were kind and funny and very responsive in answering my questions. Will come back if needed

This is set up as a professional short term rental. Everything is labeled, little notes of how things work, etc. bill and Brenda take their host job seriously and answered any questions we had almost immediately. We were there in July so having the community pool right outside our front door was a nice perk. House is super clean and impeccably maintained. Full size laundry. We are parents of kids on a traveling baseball team and play in Surprise often. The house is less than 5 minutes from the stadium. We plan to stay at this house any time it’s available in the future.

An excellent place to stay in the Phoenix area. It felt very comfortable and Bill and Brenda went beyond expectations in supplying those things to make it feel like home.

Wow....our family loved this home for our winter getaway. Brenda and Bill thought of everything one could possibly need from comfortable beds, appliances, etc. Location was very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The heated pool and jacquzzi was a great treat to experience in January. We would definitely stay here again in future visits to Arizona. Thank you!! Jackie Mitchell

Bill and Brenda were very accommodating. Their home is clean and it was perfect for my family of 6. We loved the pool, the neighborhood and the closeness to shopping & grocery stores. They had a grill and bikes to borrow and everything that we could have needed was there (dishes, towels, laundry etc.). Brenda checked on us after arrival to make sure everything was good and again after we checked out. Highly recommend. Pictures don’t do it justice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it is a charming place. The accessibility to the pool is great, and the patio is very nice. Brenda was very helpful during our stay!

Bill and Brenda’s place was everything we were hoping for and more! They were the most accommodating hosts we have ever dealt with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. For a family travelling with two very young children it was so nice of them to track down all the amenities we required like a high chair, play pen, etc. The location of their home away from home was perfect. Only steps to the pool and across the street to the playground. The casa has everything we needed and we will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Arizona!

We had an awesome time while we were in Phoenix. The property we stayed at was very nice, nice pool and hot tub to relax in. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to our next visit to Phoenix.

I can't thank Bill and Brenda enough for their help this spring. Renting their home was a pleasurable & easy experience. This place checks all the boxes that you can ask for when looking for a vacation rental!!! The home is everything as advertised & in a perfect location regardless of the time of year. Everything from move in to move out was simple & top notch. My family joined me for part of my 4 weeks here & we had plenty of room. They enjoyed the ability to walk right out to the pool, across to the large greenspace & right down to the playground. The patio area out front is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Shopping, entertainment & Spring Training baseball is all within 5 minutes of the front door. There are great areas to walk & truly a gem in Surprise! Thank you both for taking such great care of me & my family this Spring Training. I look forward to working with you again in the near future! SAZ

Good location, near Suprise stadium. Pool right out front. Easy access to Frys shopping and to our,friends in sun city.
