It was a very nice home, well suited for a group of folks, close to stores and restaurants. No beach access, disappointingly, unless you drove for several miles. Dishwasher did not work, nor the fireplace. Evidence of animals using floors/walls to urinate, although no smell. It was a good stay, just needs a bit of TLC/cleaning/repair to be perfect.

The house has amazing views of the ocean. The hosts are very friendly and kind. There were 8 of us and the house did not feel crowded. We loved having the bunk beds in two of the rooms. The only complaint is the mattresses are well used and they have dips in them, having more firm mattresses would be nice.

The house was very roomy and comfortable. It had everything you could need. The views from every front facing room were amazing and it had 2 great decks. It was a fairly short walk to get down to the beach. The house is located conveniently between Lincoln City and Newport. We loved it and would stay there again!

Had the whole family with us it was a great place to be all together. It was a little further from the beach than hoped for but the view was wonderful, both decks were wonderful and enjoyed by all. Bedrooms were comfortable for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed, even had a crab boil one night😊

This was great, room for all of us. Located between Lincoln City and Newport, we went to both. I was a bit disappointed that the front windows don't open at all to hear the ocean, but the house was good.

We're from California and decided to get our daughter, who is at Oregon State, and spend a few days on the Oregon coast for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for walks on the beach, Scrabble games in front of the living room window with gorgeous sunsets and ocean views, and for watching the Civil War game on TV Friday night. The fireplace also made the place very warm and cozy.

A nice weekend. A hot tub was listed on the amenities but the house does not include a hot tub, a little disappointed about that but overall the house was great.

Our family of six stayed two nights at this great home with amazing views. There are great spaces for seating whether you are in the living, dining rooms or out on the deck. Each couple had their own bedroom.
I would like to see an upgrade on fry pans in the kitchen, only two very small and one medium pan.
I would plan a trip to stay in this home again & suggest it to a friend as well. Thank you for making your home available to us.

Absolutely loved the view and the location - close to Depoe Bay for whale-watching and Lincoln City (we did glass-blowing at Lincoln Glass House).Sitting out on the deck was so beautiful. We had 8 adults and the top bunks were a little tough for us older folks. But we knew that ahead of time so brought a blow-up bed. The trail down to the beach was a bit hard for those with creaky knees but the directions for the property told us that ahead of time. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked so were grateful for that. Gail was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time and had a wonderful stay. Much thanks!

This house has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We stayed in late June. I saw grey whales from the picture windows! It is so close to Depoe Bay it makes dining and getting to Fogarty Beach really easy. The beach access was fine for most of our crew, but some did rate it as a work out to get back up the embankment. The beach was especially fun to walk at sunset and sunrise. So many interesting people. I loved this stay.

The house is perfect for relaxing and watching the ocean. Easy beach access - though we were there on a stormy sneaker wave day and stayed on the road above for safety. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful Christmas here! There were even some decorations put up. Clean, comfortable and property owners were so wonderful. There was an ice storm and they made sure we got there ok. Easy to communicate with. Beautiful view.

The house was great for our family group, lots of room and well appointed. The location is excellent, nice view from the house and decks, an just a short walk to Lincoln beach. Our only suggestion is to replace the mattresses, they're a bit worn and uncomfortable, and the reason for the four, rather than five, star overall rating. That said, we'd be happy to stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this home. The view-wow! We loved being able to walk down to the beach, and there were even some wild blackberries to snack on along the way. Gail was very kind to reach out and coordinate a meet up, when we left some items behind. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It wasn't very far from the beach, however, the pathway wasn't the easiest but we've had worse. I would definitely rent here again.
