This home made our vacation. The home was beautiful and had everything you need for a family. Trish the property manager was wonderful and responded right away to any questions.

Looking forward to booking this property again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. Trish was so nice and professional; very quick to respond with excellent details. The pool and spa were amazing! The home is kept up very well and was super clean. It was nice to have so many cooking supplies so we could make family meals. The location is perfect; close to several stores and restaurants. The neighborhood has a great walking trail and nice families. Thanks again!

This house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to make big meals, cozy couches, comfortable beds, great pool, and in a very nice neighborhood. Trish is an excellent communicator who made us feel welcome and at home! She went above and beyond any other host we have ever dealt with in our many years of travel. I highly recommend renting this house!

The house came fully stocked. We parked in the garage. Pool was amazing. Sleeping arrangements were private and bathrooms more than ample. Great walking paths adjacent to the property. Neighbors friendly and quiet. We will be back.

We stay at Tricia’s property for one week. House was better than expected, fully equipped kitchen, the pool was a blast and beds were comfortable. Property is located north Phoenix close to I-17, Walmart is about 2 miles. My whole family enjoyed the house and they all agreed how pretty it was. We will definitely will look to stay here again in all future trips to Phoenix. Highly recommended.

This is a great location. The house is a good space, plus the pool and spa are added bonuses. Trish was awesome and was always very responsive.

The pictures accurately describe the property, yet it was so much better than we expected. The home had every item we needed and was well thought-out. We appreciate that the host treated us like adults, entrusting us with their beautiful home. We really felt like they were intentional about making our vacation memorable instead of seeing us as a short-term renter. We left another property early because of how the host treated us. This host and property more than made up for the poor experience from the previous host. We highly recommend this property.

The house was great - we loved spending time in the pool and hot tub after spending every morning on a different hike. We used all 3 bedrooms and the loft for sleeping for our party of 7. Tricia was very responsive and willing to help with whatever we needed. We did a lot of driving to different hikes but there were 2 nearby that we liked too.

Our party consisted of two retired couples and our 10 yr. old lab for the entire month of Feb. Trish, the property manager is professional, friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Much of the rating is due to her willingness to work with us on a couple of things. The property is clean, in a quiet family neighborhood with restaurants and stores within a couple of miles. Great access to highways 17 and 101 and virtually anything around the Phoenix area. Pool and spa were heated and clean. Pets are allowed and there is a grass area in the backyard for them to use. House is stocked with sundries and supplies and is set up for a family with two large seating areas and the upstairs loft area with 2nd TV and reading/kid’s activities. Suggestions would be to replace/fix master bedroom blinds, add digital antenna for local news and network stations and position table and chairs outside of or remove rock which presents difficulty for use.

I am not sure how a VRBO experience can go any better than this. The property is exactly as described and Trish the manager is an excellent communicator. You can tell she cares since a lot of effort had been put in to make sure it looked good and was well stocked before we arrived. I look forward to returning.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Clean and extremely homey feeling being here. Everything was supplied as stated and they loved the pool. Communication with Trish was phenomenal. When I am back in the Phoenix area I will definitely be staying again.

This home has everything you need if you want to get away to spend time with your friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home.
